Reading about Katy stirs memories of my Granny Cameron....I hope the best for Katy....

My Unk hauled just about everything my Grandad owned to his house....My Grandad has been gone for nearly 40 years now....I was 19 when he died....Through the years he often helped me doing woodworking projects....The last thing we did was make a fake Cobra II hood scoop functional....I remember that well because Dad walked up on us as we were taking a saw to the hood of an almost brand new car...That worked out well but Dad was not happy.....Now I'm sorting through his tools that are left...Mostly old and way outdated but still priceless to me...Deep in the bottom of an old toolbox I found a spring that just about fit the SMY 75....Few mods to the spring and now the SMY has a very firm grip on the battery....Guess I'd better get with it as I still have tools strewn all over the shop and I got sheet to do......

Fran, how is Hubs doing?

Dee, I can just imagine how going thru the old tools brings back memories!

Got Katie to her follow up Dr appt today, she was relieved to get back home. Dr was fine with her being off all her old meds, and her blood pressure has remained fine without them. He wants to see her again in 6 weeks. This ordeal took it's toll on her cognitively, and there is doubt that she will improve in that respect. Sadly, but not unexpectedly, I think we are on the downhill slide of the dementia.

Dang Fran that doesn't sound good at all.....One of my Cuzzs has a bone disease....Many broken bones and a life watching every move he makes...I hope your husband is OK.....

I've been gifting my family members things from Unk's storage building....Today I found a pack of Red Man chewing tobacco that even at 40 years old is still fresh looking...It's now residing alongside my last pack of Marlboro Lights and Rod's last cigarette lighter and pack of Camels...My tobacco collection....I've had Rod's little skull with a top hat .... soaking in alcohol since forever....Just washed the dishes so I finished scrubbing residue from that .... and it's going alongside my model race cars....I wanted it clean from use because trust this....I will fight over that ........Truth is I'm about damn tired of my peeps dying....

I read an extensive study years back on the effects of coconut oil and Alzhimers/Dementia....The brain feeds off ketones and at some point alzhimers and dementia patient's brains lose the ability to feed off the ketones present....Coconut oil provides a new source of ketones...I got Mom on it and she has history...So far so good and it's readily available and cheap...worth a shot....

I hope Katie can recover some of what she's lost Bov.

Fran I hope Hubs can stem the bone disease and pain.

Crazy time in the Valley for the last 2 weeks. We are wrapping up our South Valley Campaign. Production and support queries that is needed immediately seemingly every time I blink. Hopefully I can breath again by Tuesday.

I do a little deal called oil pulling with coconut oil.....Teaspoon swirled in the mouth for 20 minutes....spit in the trash as it can clog the drain....warm water rinse...Your teeth and gums will thank you...Spike has sebaceous cysts sometimes....coconut oil has some acid that prevents sebaceous cysts...same acid in raw beef so when I got raw beef I always slice Spike off a streak o lean....I micro dose Spike with the oil.....I also use the coconut oil in my hair about once a week and as a skin moisturizer.....calms the rattlesnake skin...Had some spots that I'm pretty sure were melanoma.....Little coconut oil mixed with some self extracted essential oil from the mother plant knocks those spots out quickly....That's the essential oil though the coconut is simply to reduce viscosity....Insurance these days leaves me no choice but holistic....57 and I take no pills....

The coconut oil is a big help when I have a psoriasis flare up, mixed with the mother plant oil extract I bet it would be much better :)

Wharf, I hope Katie gets some of it back too. She woke me at 7:30 this morning, she had been out in the yard...with no pants on!! At least I know if she wanders out of the yard, all of our neighbors know to gently bring her home.
