Mark I know that RBA will fit the Big Baby as it shares coils with the Baby....My intention is plug and play all the way though...Gonna give the Quad 4 a shot first....If that doesn't work I'll try the .6 coils next...then if that don't work....NEXT!!!! This VT 75 is giving a low battery alert at anything other than a full on 26650...I'm starting to think the dna chips may not be the Holy Grail....
Cuzzo had his 50th wedding celebration today...All was well....Moochie was the first to arrive and the first to leave...I didn't see him at all and I arrived 10 minutes after it started....Me thinks he had a lunch date with his sweetie that he's scared for the ladies in the fam to see....Trust I'll give him hell and accuse him of just that..You gotta hide to do it it ain't right now Son......

Weird about the vt75. My sdna and k1 have no problem running on standard 18650. It almost sounds like the battery isn't making good contact.

Dee there was an issue with the low battery alert. There was an update on escribe that fixed it. Hopefully you still have a PC. There is an escribe bata for Mac, unfortunately it only has the 60's and the 75c so far.

Fran, the plans had to change. I had a meeting with the social worker and her boss, and we all decided for my safety it was best for things to work this way. We all already knew Katie will let him move back in, and if he follows his normal pattern he'll be sober for 6 weeks or so before he starts in again. Once a court case is filed, he will be notified, that's where the danger spikes for me, so we didn't want that to happen before I am safely on my way. Once I'm rolling out of town, I call Lee, and she'll get the process started. They will be doing welfare checks on Katie during the court hearings.

Mac all the way here now....I suspected connecttivity issues as well...Cleaned and reassembled the issue was still there....A slight loosening of the ground followed by retightening sometimes solves it...It's ever present though...Oceanus is intended to replace the VT in rotation....
Hawking the Irma forecast there may be a possibility of a slight jog South...Not wishing this monster on anyone but will be fine with me if it doesn't come here as originally forecast....
Sitting here twiddling my thumbs awaiting a 3pm tomorrow pick up of the steel for the tank...Rain in the forecast so likely there will be further hold ups getting that dang lid on...That's what it is...Thinking about cutting grass this afternoon so that will at least be out of the way for the week...

I used Element due to the fact they had a couple of other items I couldn't get at other places...I got the unwanted tank in the deal. I got a code for $10 off but you gotta spend $75, $20 off a $100 and $45 off $200 with free shipping on all three...Still thinking 101 was cheaper and had better selection on the Oceanus...Was debating another mod but have decided to see what the Oceanus is like...May just add another and a couple more batteries....Codes are LABOR 10....20..... or 45 depending on the total....run out Tuesday at 12:59pm...
Not much accomplished here today other than watching Irma gain strength....I did clean out the mower deck and sharpen the blades....Didn't think I had one sharp enough and found it plenty sharp for thumb slicing...First time that has ever happened....Gotta hit the trail soon and pick up a set of blades as mine are worn out....

I got a pack of the smok q2 0.4 ohm coils. They Vape about the same as the wotofo 0.25 ohm coils, comparable flavor and vapor in the low-mid 30s watts. On my DNA mod the smok coils measure 0.43 ohms, while the Wotofo measure 0.34 ohms.
I prefer my own twisted kanthal coils, at least as good a flavor and vapor down in the mid 20s, but both pre-built heads are respectable.
The smok coil does have a bit of an off taste at first, but that goes away quickly. The smok coil has a more restrictive air flow, so I opened up the Wotofo tank afc a little to compensate.
Along with the coils I picked up a 30ml yftk squonk refill bottle, just over $4. It looks like it'll work fine, at a fraction of the price of most of the 510 connector bottles. It doesn't have an insulator on the 510 top, so you should either remove the battery or not press the fire button while refilling (if it's a mech squonker); that's in the noise for me.

So what I'm getting from that is you can refill the squint bottle while it's still in the mod....That's a good idea....I looked at the Pico like Wharf has but for me it's gotta be controllable...No adjustment and I'll flashback to my 6 volt GGTS and the 901 atty...I'll bet I spent over a grand on 901s...I do wish I'd kept that GGTS but the OG Buzz blew it away....
Got the steel for the tank sitting in the shop....My Dodge was beyond dirty and the windshield wiper on the driver's side came apart during the run in with Hurricane Harvey...Rain in the forecast so if I replace the wipers it doesn't rain and vice versa....Replaced them and it is raining now...Give the Dodge a good scrubbing as well...Gotta run a few items up to complete the steel on the tank job....mower blades and a couple of extra gas jugs....Pins and needles here....Irma is spinning at 185 just 5mph off the all time record...115 blew all my underpinning and half my siding off...lost a bunch of trees as well....185 and my buttocks will be in the Great Smokies waiting for it to pass...We're about 48 hours from knowing where we stand with Irma....Jose` is right behind Irma so there's that......

Yes, the yftk 30ml has a 510 connector.
Squeeze out the air in the squonker bottle, pop off the RDA, screw on the refill bottle, fill it up.
It isn't necessarily faster than pulling the bottle out for refilling, but it's cleaner, less fidgety.

Dee I thought the Pico was controllable and was disappointed when it arrived. It is set regulated at 50W max depending on the Ohm's, they suggest 1.5 - 3.5Ω. I'm running 3.9Ω and with a new batt, I wouldn't want it to go any higher. I'm really liking this a lot, especially since it's $27 with a BF RDA.
LOL... My first mech was the Pure Smoker???... a 6v mech with a 2.2Ω (lr) cartomizer. That dang thing was so hot I couldn't get a 1 second pull on it.

Ah yeah the 6 volt days....Nic at 24mg/ml we didn't need a second hit for a while...I got wise and ran the GGTS at 3.7....Went and took a good look at a regulated Predator and the Squeeze...China for the Predator so I'm waiting for a US seller then maybe....Squeeze I kinda dig....Looks to me like the juice bottle is positioned so you can squeeze it without any extra effort....Back when I was running mechanical I shied from regulated mods for a bit....Squeeze ifs kinda like Missy's Wet Box....I really loved that mod for the whole three puffs I got off it...I took it to Mom's 80th birthday party where it promptly died....I went home and got the GGTS...
Trust we have been wearing the Weather Channel out....Sheet is not looking good for Miami Beach...From what I've seen it hits Miami and heads back too sea on it's way North...Depending on where it hits the second time is of major concern ATM....I got 15 gallons of ethanol free and 5 more in the generator....Gonna get wick for my hurricane lamp tomorrow....Next hurricane lamp I see for sell I'm buying that beech...I got my Granny's when she passed....I like the old ones and not sure if they're still made....Kick jazz led later would be nice along with a hand held marine VHF radio with the NOAA weather channels...So you'll know where those pesky tornadoes are at....Started to get one a couple weeks back....didn't.....already needed it a couple three times since...Damn weather.....
