Mark, I think that I mentioned to you that I got that whopping 120 ml as a sample! From Nic River. Kind of crazy since I ordered fruits, creams and bakery flavors. I hate for it to go to waste and will toss it in the PIF thread if nobody here wants it.

And when did Fran start vaping bakery flavors? I must have been gone longer than I thought.

LOL,too funny:lol: I don't actually vape bakery flavors. I still have a high aversion to overly sweet juice. I have however expanded my vaping horizons to cheesecakes,(some) cookies, croissants, granolas, cereals and stuff.

I used to love my tobacco blends but I've lost my taste for them.

No tobacco flavors for me, but thank you for offering to us :)

For several years I've been mixing my base as 75vg/20pg/5%ds. A few weeks ago I changed over to mixing it 50/50, but was afraid it would change the flavor of my juices since I don't use any sweeteners. So far, I'm happy with the change...and not having to wipe down my windows and mirrors as often

    COFFEE DAY!!

For three and a half months in the winter, I have an hour commute to work every day. I usually don't grab the mail until I get home... Today I opened the mailbox.... WOOT WOOT !!! I threw it in the car as my coffee companion.... and sure enough, my ryder smelled great 'till the Very Last Sniff.... Thank you Mark !!!

Kia and BF came in Tuesday night, his first time west of the Rockies. Thursday morning he wakes up with the Flu. They were to audition today at Disney Land. He's still sick in bed, while Kia went for auditions....
We met him in Japan and had a nice dinner and a city walk, about 3 hours. Tuesday was the second time he met us. Poor kid is 2,000 miles away from home, stuck in bed with the father of his GF.... He's petrified but is doing a decent job of hiding it LOL

I'm not sure what to think, but we'll find out on the 6th.

Oh no @ flu for kias bf !!! Being stuck with kias dad made me chuckle. He’s still a lucky dude although it’d be more enjoyable minus the flu! Poor guy. Hope he feels better soon.
I hope Kia NAILED her audition!!

Lauren and future son in law have decided not to take the townhouse on the 15th and continue their search for their first residence together. At least that was their decision as of last night.
I told them not to rush into anything, that no one is pushing them out the door. I totally understand them wanting their own place though.

Yepp....I agree with what Bov said also......

Wednesday I learned I've got coronary heart disease....Pretty sure you get that from the first 1/2 pack of cigarettes smoked....I've not investigated CAD further but I will.....Blood pressure remains controlled with the 5mg Amlodipine....Cardiologist said I've got several blockages @ 30~40 percent...said all things considered that was good....Wants me on statin drugs....I'll be watching what I eat and if that doesn't get those LDLs under control well then so be it....Nicotine free now and I'll never go back....I'd wanted to quit and finally ran off a cliff....Need to investigate exercising a bit and luckily have a state park nearby on the Cape fear River....miles upon miles of hiking trails....We'll see how that goes....All in all I'm in pretty good shape....That Cath had me scared sheetless....Was easy in the end though my wrist is gonna need a few more solid days of rest for my artery to heal....This whole transition to being an old man..???...Dang Son.........

Dee, did any of the Drs. give you a reason for your initial symptoms? I'm curious if they looked at your carotid arteries in your neck to check for blockage percentages. Overall, I'm very happy that you found out about having COD BEFORE anything worse happened.

Yep, this getting old sheet is not for sissies!!

It would be my guess that my Personal Doc or the cardiologist who ordered all the tests would be the one who will inform me that they don't know why I had those incidents....I see the personal Doc 3/11 and sometime in May hit the cardiologist's office again.....I've been wandering about the carotid arteries as well.....Seems like when I was getting the echo Wednesday would have been a good time to check....Not sure if carotids are part of the cauterization....Don't think so though....

Not usually part of it, Dee, but I am pretty surprised they didn't ultrasound them. And that may yet be ordered for you since you do have some (albeit small) amount of blockages, and the high LDL. I used to have to take Katie to get her carotid ultrasound every few years.

We are under our first Tornado Watch of the year

Hoping you stay safe Bov. We are getting another snowstorm. Started earlier: 4-8 inches supposedly. Ugh!

ElDee, I don’t know about those tests, so I’m no help at all there, but I’m glad you’re on top of things! Stay on it, and listen to the doctors. 908s orders! :)
