Winter time and all the cold flu from school i good old days( well for me they are) best of luck. remember when mono was called the kissing disease. My high-school Gf had it, how i never got mono only god knows. I do still have the over 6ft by 2ft scarf she netted for me. Makes me laugh now how big and foolish that scarf was/is. I was lucky even she noticed it was far too big and never made me ware it in public. I did end up marrying that GF tho

We have always been told "no extracts" like McCormick and such that you buy in the stores, so I was intrigued and surprised when the vendor said extract! Googled, and this is what I found.

Good afternoon all. I've used a couple of extracts from the grocery. Mainly vanilla after reading the ingredients and a couple of Lorans cake flavorings. After all the things I've inhaled that are known to be bad, cigarettes, asbestos, chemicals in adhesives to name a few. I doubt there's enough of anything harmful in the amounts I use to come anywhere near those. Nothing short of fresh air is good to inhale really and that's hard to find. For me it's all about harm reduction. I'm not recommending it for anyone else. Just how I feel about it. Something unknown on the label or known to be harmful I put it back.

There used to be a list somewhere about which cake flavorings were safe but it's been a couple of years since I read it. I usually buy all mine from vendors now except for my tobacco extracts.

Tracy, here is the link directly from Sliver Cloud Estates website. It does have an e-cig disclaimer, but it doesn't sound much different that the Natures Flavours that some of us use. Do understand that you will not know if their flavors contain diacetyl or other suspect diketones that many vapers avoid. I'll keep researching Silver Cloud, but I'm betting that they have the disclaimer posted to cover their backsides, as you mentioned.

Strawberry just happens to be my only all day vape ever. i do have a growing supply of 15 and 30ml bottles that i cant vape. I tend to steep them and try one last time as i run out of bottles for the few flavor i can vape. Before i empty them for good and put straw or cinn into a few more. Now am just starting to get lazy and when my strawberry about empty just refill it with base and add my 30 drops of straw that for a 30ml bottle.

Worked on my new tire combo today as well....Those tires are intended for Military HumVees....when used as intended there is a magnesium deal inside the tire so it can run flat after being shot or something likewise...they grease the inside of the tires so the magnesium doesn't cut them up and maybe they can get into a safe zone before that happens....but.....we need them to be balanced for high speed operation and the grease has gotta go!!! 12 inches wide and 37 inches tall.....and.....they said that dang grease was water soluble....maybe if it wasn't frozen????? Hoping tomorrow is the charm and the 33 tire washing will finally have me grease free....
