I had my watermelon stint. Snake Oil by Mastermind Elixers, watermelon and menthol. I started making it with TFA but never could get it quite right. So I made watermelon and used Midas menthol. It has a lot of sweetener in the menthol. It also works well with other fruits.

It's loaded with natural sugars. Helps with muscle cramps by replacing electrolytes. Didn't know about the natures ...... part though. Doc prescribed some of that for me once. I told him I kept rolling out of bed at night and he said that'd stop it.

Wow, did I ever sleep!! The sleep of the pure and innocent! That's me!

I've been on my "forever" diet (and yes, its working) and I like to read about foods that are good for you. I've actually become very conscious of what I eat and I'll tell you, the healthy foods are no joke. They work.

My doctor has taken me off all my blood pressure medicine and all my Type II diabetic medications too. Plus dropped a few others. Eating the right foods, portion control and some exercise really works. Its worked well for me anyhow.

Oh, and I call it my "forever" diet because I've been dieting forever, but what I'm doing now is really showing results.

That extract might be worth a look into Bov. I like my strawberry extract well enough. Haven't vaped it as a solo mix though. I start with a higher Nic premixed juice (that uses extract) and cut it, then add some extract, TFA ripe strawberry and caps sweet strawberry. It's still my all time favorite for 5 months.

He'll be able to give up that Life Guard job at the kiddie pool and I might just have to run out and get myseld a job just so I can quit it!! I wonder if that will make me eligible for unemployment money too? But I think a guy has to work for a couple days to get that. And I ain't doing THAT!! I do have my reputation!!

LOL, on the healthy eating I only have salem to thank for it. For the year before I lost my wife and especially the year after, I just flat out wasn't eating right. Salem stayed on my bahonkas almost daily about it and finally got me to listen and got me on the right path. That's just one more reason I have lotsa loves for salem. There's more to her than just finding good vaping deals!

I have a question for Wharf or Dee or anyone that knows. What size piece of cotton is needed for the mini subtank RBA head?

Congrats on the new purchase!!! I hope you love it.
I buy organic cotton balls and unroll them. One cotton ball lasts a pretty long time. Once unrolled, you can get 3 or 4 wicks out of the width alone. I take about a 2 inch piece (length) and gently roll it on my palm to form the wick. From there you just slide it through the coil, soak 'er up, trim it off, tuck those ends and reassemble. Fill it up and fly!!! I am talking about the kayfun here as I haven't tried to build on the KSM yet.

I just made another purchase myself. Being a lover of Kayfuns, I ordered the v4 stainless. It's going to look suhweet on the ProV. I have to wait (or order online) for the coil master thingy as one of the employees swapped something out on the display model for a customer. Customers first, and I will wait. They are pretty cool though!!

Well kids, I'm going to run up to the Coffee Shop for a few minutes and visit with the guys a little bit. Seems like that Church of Christ preacher guy runs like crazy when he see's me come in. I can't imagine why .....

Then I need to run by the Feed Store and visit the old boys that hang out there and drink free coffee all day. Bunch of tightwads.

Then I think I'll run by the Hardware Store where I have credit and flirt with the big, fat ol' gal with the mustache for a while. She has a big crush on me, but I could never fall in love with her.

If I kissed her and our mustaches got all tangled up together they'd have to call the EMT's to get us apart and heaven only knows what could happen in that much time! It would be on the front page of the town's weekly paper, that's for sure.

Just a quick fly by. Just made my mom a few meals and getting ready to take them to her. I agree that eating the right foods in the right amounts make all the difference in how you feel. We have been eating healthy for awhile now. Eating like a diabetic whether you are one or not, is the best way to eat IMO It keeps your blood sugar under control and your metabolism revved.
