I gathered seeds from my freeze killed flowers today and cut them all down. The tree man came and cut our front yard maple back away from the lines in to the house. That's a lot of leaves that won't have to be raked

So......I was in Wally's yesterday looking at a blood pressure moniter...Omcron or something....Same model as the most expensive one but no Bluetooth....I mean hey now....digital readout on the moniter what's the need for Bluetooth???? If anyone has experience with the brand....Holler!!!
Circumstances being what they are I'm breaking down on what I eat....Haven't had time to break away and get a juicer but I will...Treats are organic Granny Smiths and organic oranges....Spike loves both....Go figure...he's got a vet appointment for Friday....Suspicion tells me his year is out on his plan and required shots will make signing a new plan seem reasonable....He has a spot at the bottom rear of his rib cage causing me concern....Trust El Padrino will get the best care...
Dr appointment for me Thursday....I won't even drag up my new issues with that Doc...My buttons are all fully depressed and the old Doc might need a dang good dentist after Thursday....If you say you're gonna do something do it.....Else keep your trap shut...Leave me hanging.....twice.....I shoulda broke him down the first time...

DW's Doc said the Omron was the only one worth having about 10 years ago so I looked until I found one. Still works great.

Same old Doc Bov....My buddy who set me up with him informs me regularly on the situation....Facts....Doc fires his nurse so his old nurse and current wife can replace her....Yeah........Let that sink in....His nurse was very capable IMO....I've read a sheet ton on my medicine....I've talked with the Gilead nurse several times on the phone....Doc has the nerve to dismiss anything I've learned about this new medicine....Gilead suggests 12~24 weeks for me....I ask Doc to prescribe 24 weeks....he prescribes 8 and I get approved for that...then the sumbeech wants to check my BP......My best bet is as soon as this dumbass Doc is outta my life my BP will be just damn fine....My buddy....He's a dumbass too.....His take is there's nothing going on between the nurse and Doc.....Wifey just got bored....Maybe so....Myself I'll stick with the obvious.....Fekking my deal up is where my concern lies....I don't quit....I will get this situation rectified to my satisfaction.....When I do this Doc best damn hope I don't settle the score with him.....I'm nothing to him....He's less to me.....
My old buddy Tommy has the Parkinsons....Tommy is 84 and owns a car lot nearby....He just found a new to him Doc that he swears by and has paved the way to her office for me.....As soon as I get a knot tied in my current situation she will be my Doc too....
Till then I'll be laying low around the shop...That whole drama deal with the Doc is cra cra....Just not how I live my life....I get pizzed but truthfully I'll just distance myself from the drama as quickly as possible...Ain't nobody got time for that......

So sorry to hear about Samson. Nothing wrong with being "too attached" to animals. You would be hard pressed to find the kind of love and devotion that they offer without strings from a person. We also get "too attached" to animals. For many years we refused to have any because of the pain of losing them. Until Lucy ( african grey parrot) came along. She needed a home and we did our research. She "should" have outlived us by many years. RIP Lucy 
Been 7 years this halloween and I still cry daily. That girl was the love of my life. Still can barely talk about it.Last year, I had to put my moms dog down and one of my sisters dogs passed away just a few months later. It was exactly the same as losing a family member to me. Now, my sister has one dog left that we all love dearly. She is very old and we are all amazed that she as lasted this long.
On another note, Omron makes a good BP monitor. We got ours from Wally World. Go to their site and read reviews to find the best one

What a bunch of drama indeed, Dee! I can't stand to be around that stuff either and I get way more than my fair dose from Katie. As fr as your meds go, don't hesitate to keep right on talking to Gilead and if necessary, tell them that your Dr only got you 8 weeks worth.It may be that they'll want to test your load near the end of that 8 weeks to see if you need to continue a few more weeks. I hope that's the case!

Went to visit the vape shop today, and came home with a small bottle that sounds right up Dee and Tracy's alley. It's a Banana Pancake w/Cinnamon, and it smells divine! The brand and name is The 52, Bottom Deal. I haven't put any in my tank yet, but it passed the finger lick test, and the sampler at the shop. Hard for me to tell from sampling at the shop how the flavor will translate in my KSM since they use ego type batts and tanks.

I think Bov may be correct in thinking that they may want to check levels/progress after 8 weeks on new meds before prescribing more. I hope so! I also hope that it helps!

Spike had a spot about the size of a pencil eraser pop up...It didn't look good to me at all....Been there for about two weeks now....The good news is now it looks like it's starting to go away....
Gilead's nurse said my viral load requires 12~24 weeks of treatment...They are only concerned with a test done 6 months past end of treatment....One pill a day....$1000 buckaroos a pill....I've got one bottle with 29 pills here....Sure as hell doesn't look like $29,000 to me....I'm gonna shoot for 24 weeks....Given everything I've encountered so far I will hoard those pills until I have them all in my possession....I got trust issues with all involved....I jumped successfully through all the hoops Gilead laid out and got approved for free medication all by my damn lonesome...Pretty dang sure it would've been approved for 24 weeks had the Doc followed my wishes....The Doc sent me his cell # through our mutual friend when he heard I'd been approved...He answered and knew it was me so I know our mutual friend had given the Doc my number...his first response was that he was concerned 8 weeks wasn't enough....No sheet Sherlock....Should I wrangle approval for 24 weeks that Doc will never ever see me again...Pills $1000 a pop......Yeah....That's a beech ain't it
