I'm saddened to bring news that Matthew Ahern (MWA) has passed away. When I found ECF he was one that was always helpful and that I learned a lot from. I don't know how many here crossed paths with Matt... He was one of the good ones~

908 that's why I called Cuz....he's an electrician.....Mom is wanting new hearing aides and they ain't cheap....Guessing I'll have to have a look at the finances for the first time since 1995....I know the insurance will value the electronics at yard sale prices...If ya'll remember when the beach house bath room estimate was written I specifically told our agent to call my digits and I'd drop everything to be there...He asked about Mom and I told him she was there....he then had an agent there the next am...when he knew I wasn't there and against my direction did not call....A fellow body shop owner once told me our agent said I've got a poison pen....It's like this....If it's fekked up and I fix it I do my best to fix it 110%...I also charge for my service...the poison penned estimate was paid in full exactly as I wrote it....Detailed and precise....This wouldn't be a good time for any more bullsheet from that agent....I still got that pen

Classie, of course I couldn't 'like' your post but I, and a lot of us he touched, had the same reaction. Bert from Trippy Tips let me know. Matt loved his Donut TT's.... I think he might have been the impetus for the donut because those HH357's would spit so much :)

I have no idea if this is true or not ~

UPDATE:
WE CAN NO LONGER SUGGEST VAPERS BUY THIS TANK, OR AT LEAST TO NOT USE THE CERAMIC COIL THAT MAKES IT SO NICE. WE HAVE INITIAL REPORTS THAT THE CERAMIC IS INFUSED TO THE LEAD WITH GLUE THAT CREATES TOXIC VAPORS WHEN HEATED. THIS HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN AND WE CAN’T PROVE ANYTHING OURSELVES BUT TO PLAY IT SAFE WE ARE REMOVING THE LINKS TO THIS DEVICE FROM THIS POST.

NOTICE: This is completely based off of hearsay, and I have not done any scientific research on the glue or the vapor itself, but am taking the better safe than sorry approach on the matter. If anyone DOES happen to have more info on this matter please leave it below in the comments section.

I PERSONALLY RECEIVED ONE OF THESE TANKS TO REVIEW 2 DAYS AGO ND BEGAN USING IT LAST NIGHT. AFTER USING IT A FEW HOURS I BEGAN HAVING STOMACH PAINS AND DURING SLEEP I WOKE UP FEELING VERY UNEASY. THIS MAY A BE COMPLETELY UNCONNECTED ISSUE BUT IT DOES SEEM VERY WEIRD THAT THE TWO HAPPENED ON THE SAME NIGHT.

Gigue Dolphin Tank | $37.99 | Great US Vendor - DVN

Just saying................ competitors are famous for spreading false info on products Happens almost every time something new is released ;) Imagine how many manufacturers would lose $ if the current style coils were made obsolete.

I will pass this info along to those that I know are using and loving them though. They have not reported any stomach pains or uneasy feelings. HA!

Good morning all :)

Good morning ladies! And any gents that may be currently posting at the same time as me!

We got lucky somehow, with this storm they are clearing out the HUGE piles on our street. Cars had to vacate the street by 7 am. Only bad thing about that is that every single car on the side streets will try to take our spots. Not cool! Wish me luck?

The clean up continues.....

So far the high voltage claimed the garage door opener, TV, telephones, all clocks, the deep freezer and possibly the refrigerator....The fridge won't hasn't shut down in the 5 hours it's been monitered....

Several people have asked me to call them if I need help....BiL said yesterday he would leave work early and help...Word I got is he came home and watched a movie....I get the feeling people somehow feel better just by saying they will do something they never intend on doing....That boils my grits....UncC though....Yeah those you owe the most.....he didn't offer....he called and said he was on the way....At any rate I got this....as usual the Hustler is hustling....

Got the Presa....Still on it's maiden voyage as I wasn't about to quit sawing dang limbs to fiddle with it....So far all is well on that front....XXX juice in a new Crown....a Black Crown!!

Morning folks :)

Dee, I'm sorry you are the one who has to deal with everything...all the time. Friends/family shouldn't just call and offer help when they know there's a huge mess to clean up. They should be gathering without being asked.

Yeah I know...the world looks better through my rose colored glasses.

When we have big storms or heavy snows, all our neighbors help each other as much as we can. All except one bitter old guy who lives directly across from us. He gets his monster snow blower out, does his driveway in about 3 passes, puts it back in his shed. Never offers to help the elderly neighbors who can't do it themselves. He's a sad little man.
