I saw your post on the other thread, Fran I'm very surprised that money grubbing credit card companies are willing to lose cash.

Visa and Mastercard have outlawed purchasing tobacco products through them many years ago. When I was buying cigs online, I had to use an electronic check. I still believe this was premature but, they can do just about anything that they want to and there is not much that we are able to do about it.

I ordered a half cube from Essentials Depot a few days ago, and my MC wouldn't work on their site. I don't think it had anything to do with the Regs, all I got was a "can not verify" error message. Katie's Discover card worked tho.

Goldie, some people... ahem... use PP and send out invoices and the item is labeled "Dark Star-Red" or.... Others uses SKU's with names other than the item.

China is going to make a BUNDLE from the FDA's prohibition...Hardware will be easy to get. The juices will get hit hard because it's almost all US made. But I wouldn't be surprised to see China clone many of the popular juices on the market.

I agree, Wharf. China will get even more of our money than they already do. Thanks to the FDA.

I really am not in panic mode. It has been more like a roller coaster of a week. Anger to sadness to numb to not being sure what the heck I am. Really emotional though.

I've heard China is sending money to defeat these regulations....Not really sure they can be trusted and I'm always suspicious of the "Ulterior Motive"........

Worries on top of worries.....Tuesday I received word that the whip had come down at my local junkyard....Let me state right here and now I was in no way involved....I did know some shady sheet was happening but I keep my nose where it belongs....The owner of the yard is under no bond with 2 counts of trafficing/ sale and delivery/ possession with intent of the Columbian marching powder......My longtime Amigo the mechanic......November 12 he sold 4 grams of speed to an undercover agent.......Now my little gig pulling parts and crushing cars is over.....Greed combined with stupidity is a lethal combination.....

Maybe not trusted and they may have an ulterior motive, but right now they're showing a heck of a lot more intelligence, common sense and willingness to help than our own government. It's no surprise to me the Donald has gotten as far as he has and almost anybody else not associated with what we've been getting stands as good a chance with other offices at lower levels. The people are fed up with what we've been getting and making a statement.
