Good morning!
I tweaked my lower back so spent yesterday morning at the chiropractor.
He couldn't fully adjust me bc it was so inflamed and hurt, and I wouldn't/couldn't relax enough. I feel some relief today after taking aleeve liquigels and am supposed to go back today after work. Fingers crossed that sucker pops back into place bc I don't have time for this sheet!

Amen to that, sister. Hope your back heals quickly, Tracy. No faith in chiropractors here. Pretty sure that they made my issue worse. Of course not as bad as my surgeon did.
So, be careful with that.Hot as hades here but, I had no choice but to be out in it all day. Looks like much of the same for tomorrow.

Nice and cool here this morning. I was out and about early. Had to take my mom for blood work. She could barely get to my car since she was so out of breath. After giving me back all of her PVs last week because they just don't work, she told me this morning she saw a commercial for something called Zonnic that she wants to try. Just looked it up and it's gum. Yeah, that will work alright. Pftttt. Not going to discourage her if she wants to try it though.
We are supposed to get close to 100 degrees this weekend. Don't think that I will be out in it much. Going to set my misters up for my birds on the screened in porch and get the sprinklers ready for the wildlife though.

6 years of "not adapting to vaping" is pretty bad. Truth is that she quit smoking completely with vaping twice and cut way back numerous times. She could breathe better, felt better, etc. She doesn't want to quit is the only reason that vaping doesn't work for her. She concocts these weird things in her head about why it didn't work when in fact, it did work lol You would just have to know her, I guess. I have no choice but to roll with the flow.
