Sdna is working beautifully in watts mode, gonna take time to figure out how to actually set it to do will in tc.

Any 316L tc jocks? What's a halfway reasonable max temp to allow? It's about 0.5 ohms, so I also will want to constrain running power I expect, somewhere in the 30w zone.

I run my 316L .5 ohm ceramic coils at 260 degrees/ 26W . That seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Good morning all. :)

Thanks for the hint on settings :D

Fortunately the SDNA is running beautifully for me in VW mode, so I'm not in a big rush on learning to use the dna TC functionality. I REALLY like that little mod :)

(My daily beater is still a Cloupor mini+ 50W in a mini sleeve. One tiny adjustment, adding a bit of garage door weatherseal under the negative contact, has made the contact super reliable even with a lot of drops. Got a couple more of those PV, never used If I scarf up another SDNA, I'll likely make a Cloupor PIF)

The negative contact on the D3 leaves a little to be desired....Only gives issue with that one worn down battery though....Can't complain about the batts though....they've caught Hell....Running Sonys and Samsungs atm....patiently waiting to try the LGs....Hoping that E Fest 6 bay is a good un....Last Nitecore Intelli charger has negative posts that like to bend away from contact...My first Intelli gives no problems....I'll be retiring the bendy one to the beach should the E Fest be a go...Hope it don't burn the house down....

Got all of Mom's electronics from the ice storm needing a ride to the landfill....I'm gonna grace the county with all my metal as well....$3 bucks for a 100lbs on the metal at the scrapyard isn't worth the hassle....Was 89* yesterday....humidity made the heat index 105*....I knew it was thick but geez a 16* bump is horrific...Got a few things to get going and then gotta slide down to the beach and ride that old Cub Cadet for a minute....Now let's just step outside and sweat like a tweeker........

Now that I've had a little time to play with Escribe, I'm loving the ease of changing settings and display on my Therion. I'm treating this new mod like a lover, and it's responding in kind ;) Only issue is the battery sled is very tight, but I've been told it will loosen up a bit with use. Right now it's a struggle to get the batts in and out without damaging the wraps. Fortunately my local vape shop will rewrap them if necessary.

A week's worth of antibiotics has me feeling like hammered sheet, along with creating another problem that required me to pick up another script today

Hope you get all that worked out and feel better soon.....

No one to call I wrestled an old school Sony 37 up a board and into the back of my Ranger....that heavy bass turd dang near beat my azz...All those electronics are resting at the landfill though....2 trips worth of stuff and I still got my scrap metal....gonna pile it up and let my old Cuzz take it in for some change....Made the last repair to the fence at my gate that was damaged in the ice storm....got that all square minus a little spritz with the satin black spray bomb....Promptly blew a hydraulic hose on the Kubota leveling the end fence post...Had to wash the Kubota and identify the guilty hose of the thirty....Got shipping notices out the ying yang as well....It's sweaty but we rolling............

Oh, another new DIY question. I see all the talk about freezing nic but do you need to freeze the unflavored PG and VG?

Oly everything oxidizes... The 2 main culprits are oxygen and heat.

We generally 'freeze' nicotine because it oxidizes fastest. The colder it is, the slower the molecules move leads to less oxidation.... And the less air in the bottle, the less oxidation.

If you had room you could put your VG and PG in the fridge or freezer, and it would be slightly? better, but it's not necessary.

A cool room and not direct sunlight. That being said, when it's 100+ ALL damn summer, my VG/PV is in the closet of our den... and it's just fine :)
