Happy Birthday 908 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Heat index of 108**~110** today.....That's special.....

I now have 2 Crowns, 1 Crown II and 2 KF5s running......The Crowns are having a hard time keeping up....In their defense the coils are older than dirt....The Crown II still has the original coil....I've seen many posts about II coils being crap...Mine has been in use for at least a month and has seen heavy rotation because it was a new tank and I wanted to test it well before that 8th crap..... .5 coils here...I find them to be stellar...KF5s are running well...I much prefer the KF style single coil deck...I never coiled a dual where contact with the chamber walls wasn't a major problem...YMMV....It's an easy build and the Lightening Vapes kanthal has had several dry burns so far and all remains good there...I have SS LV Clapton as well but have not yet coiled any...I believe the SS will hold up better over time and dry burns...I got a 2mm 6 wrap Clapton in my new KF5 ohms at 1.4...All that wire had me thinking ohms were gonna be hard to come by...That seems not to be the case and not really sure how the resistence and diameter play all that out...The LGs turned out great as well....$5 a piece at E Cig.com is a deal e ohh....I'm also quiet enjoying the Spectrum tips and tanks...Those tips are the cat's azz...All in all I'm pretty satisfied with my new rigs parts and pieces....6+ years ago it was near 60 Marlboro Lights a day...There was damage done....vaping became another hobby that doubled as some serious harm reduction....Then along come the corrupt to the core FDA....Top that with the DEA last week refusing to reschedule a proven life saving plant.....The system has failed.........

yeah we've been having 105-110 heat index and it is killing me. Yesterday our windows were so fogged up we couldn't see through them, thank God for air conditioning. 78° at 0530 on my way to work.

Am i just the unluckiest person or does RTS have shipping problems. My first order missed 2 bottles of 100mg nic and the second order had 2 of the flavor bottles broken in shipment.

Oly, I hope you contacted RTS about those problems. I've never had any issues with their packing and shipping, never received anything broken or missing.

You have some great flavors to play with there! Any of the fruits would mix well with the Cheesecake, Creams, and even the waffles. The Pina Colada would probably be good as a simple single flavor mix. Add a tiny bit of the Vanilla Swirl to your fruits too.

Best advice is start with small batches, low percentages of flavoring (my strongest juice is only 6% flavoring, try 5% total flavoring) and WRITE every recipe down!! I promise you, you won't remember the best juice you end up creating if you don't write it down

I've seen mention water or alcohol being added but don't know why.
That tends to be for people who are aiming for 0 PG. 100% vg is too thick, so people would add a little distilled water or high proof grain alcohol (ideally everclear) to thin the liquid enough to get it to wick.

Tfa last I knew was typically pg based, so at least that part of your eliquids would count as pg.

Mark is right. I keep my VG/PG pre mixed so it's one less step in my mixing. I use 80vg/20pg, 5-7% of the vg thinned with distilled water so that it wicks better in my sub ohm tanks. Using such a high percentage of VG eliminates the need for any added sweeteners for me too.

Dang. I have been ordering from them for 5 years? About a month after they opened and I did have one instance where a 120 of FA Forest Fruit cap broke in transit. The mail lady pulled up my driveway asking me what it was that smelled so good (that stuff is STRONG) but, it never leaked through the bag. They did replace no questions asked though.

There is a recipe site that you can go to and put all of your flavors in. It will give you recipes using your flavors. It is called Eliquid Recipes or ELR. I think that is the right one that does that.

ETA- Here it is you have to create an account then you can put your flavors in and come up with tons of recipes http://..................../

Ok. ECF will not allow that link. I will email it to you.

All my RTS orders have arrived in great condition....I always use a razor blade to free my flavors from the Hella packaging used by RTS....

Son they weren't kidding about the 110** heat index....I had to get out and keep the farm fires burning and it was borderline dangerous....Sweat city....Spike managed to get in a little exploring....Hoping this heat kills off the last of the ticks....I'm damn lucky I don't have Lyme's.....

Cuzzin found a Ball Python in her horse barn yesterday....Either an escapee or someone set it loose....It was re-homed.....Dang snake best thank it's lucky stars it didn't show up here....Ya'll seen what I do to snakes.....Pretty dang sure a little dog would be on a Python's menu....Also pretty sure it would be on the Dee hit list.....

LD, if you don't want to use the pesticides on Spike or yourself you really should think about using the natural oils. They work just as well and those ticks carry some nasty diseases!

BTW- I know where you can get the Authentic LG HG2 for $5.50 each regular price. No code needed. One is in NC ( may not want to pay taxes) but there is another place as well. Let me know if you need more. Still happy with the 25Rs for $3.50 each myself.

Thank you ElDee, Fran, Oly, Wharf, Mark and Salem!
I had a great day with family, nice and laid back, just how I like it!

Oly you have some great recipes awaiting you with those flavors you chose! Great job! Also great advice given by Bov to start small, low percentages, and notes notes notes! Pina colada is a great stand alone or punch it up a bit with some strawberry.
When starting out I always mixed flavors singly, then mixed a small amount of two (or more) together to see if I liked them before attempting a calculated mix. Was easier to wrap my brain around. Now there's sites a plenty (Salem linked a good one!) with all the recipes you can dream of. Enjoy your mixing and give a yell anytime you need assistance!

Monday's comin at us, like it or not.....so I better get to Zzzzz land!

(((Huggerz))) to all and sweet dreams!

Back n the day I had a German Shepard/Labrador mix named Killer....That back of the neck tick/flea stuff was new on the market....my GF was a vet tech....I applied it to Killer....He fell over dead while coming back from the pond.....Stated right in the fine print....Sudden death may occur....Killer was 3 years old.....That's where I'm at with tick stuff....I'll take my chances....

I'm gonna fire off another order with Ecig.com...Last time I used the code Ecig10....They have the LGs @2 for $10....I'm good with that and looking to get to the free shipping level price wise...Not sure what that is but $112 was free shipping last go round....My question is are the codes one time use and if so what's another code?????
