If I'm too busy for roasting I've been pretty happy with basic supermarket own-brand whole bean, a Breakfast Blend version -- BB tends to be a lighter, sweeter (not additives, just a function of the bean varieties and roasting level) roast, does well cold brewed. I keep a couple bags of Tops (local grocery chain) breakfast blend on hand for those times.

I regularly send little 3 or 4 ounce sets out to folks. For grinds, I send them whole bean, coarse (cold brew or french press), medium (drip), or medium/fine ( K cup). DIY kawveee
