I'm coming to visit Lynn! Cold and dreary here, sleet rain mix outside here. Blah!

Lol at New England aerobics!
Come on down!!! :) We're supposed to hit a record high here today for the date. I haven't checked the 7 day forecast yet. I'm scared too.

I guess now wouldn't be a good time to say it was 85* here today....There's a front approaching if it makes you feel better.....

Taco finally got it's first scrubbing at the shop....It was a little dirty around the edges from the previous owner...I've been working a little here a little there and it's much cleaner now....Hoping my floor mats arrive tomorrow....Then it's about 2 weeks on a customer's truck....UncC rode with me to retrieve the Ranger last week....Friday he purchased a wood splitter and I spent yesterday assembling that for him...The splitter splits wood in both directions...run the maul through the wood....flip wood a 1/4 turn and split it on the way back with the maul....never seen that before....not sure about it either....It's assembled and delivered though...I'd found a nice pair of binoculars in the Taco's rear storage compartment....now had the previous owner taken the time to clean everything as I did he would still have them and I dang sure ain't driving back down there...Unc C had mentioned he was looking for a pair so now he has a pair....I already had some from the Marlboro Adventure Team....Anybody else ever cut those coupons from their cigarette packs?????

Yeah Dee I have a big 30 inch duffel bag, a real nice Swiss Army knife and a couple other things I got from those.

I kept that Swiss Army knife under the mat in my truck. Kia was about 4 yrs old and liked to play in the truck so we'd open the door open to the garage. One day we heard screaming and I run out there and there's blood all over the driver's side window. I open the door if there's blood all over. She had found the knife I was trying to open the big blade and I came back across her first knuckle. It was only a 3/8 inch cut, but it spewed a lot of blood. Of course I was freaked out but as soon as we cleaned it off we realized it wasn't that bad. We did take her in to get stitches and I think she had three. She never picked up that knife again

Still really happy with the VT 75 Nano. Happy enough that I'm going to pick up another..... would like to see them fix the battery cap though which is a bit of a pain in the ... !

Yep, I did the coupons, and in the later years, their website give aways. I still get discount coupons in the mail.

I bet that did scare the bejeebeez out of you, Wharf!

You know what happens when you get your body used to clean, healthy eating for 3 months and then backslide and go stoopid crazy on a junk food binge? You wake up sick! I feel like a bloated, nauseated moose this morning...self inflicted  Amazingly, my fasting glucose was the best reading I've had since I started this journey, 107 this morn!

I'm glad it made me sick tho, I'll remember that the next time I feel a binge coming on. There is a lesson in everything :)

Good morning all!

I do hope that Mike has a great birthday -- his gear really kept me vaping :D

Back in the office after working from home yesterday. We have a lake effect watch tacked up Wed evening to Thursday evening, I'll probably bring the computer home Wed just in case.

Happy Valentines Day to one and all!

Happy Valentines Day All !!!!!!!!

My old buddy Buzz....Wherever he is I'm sure there is a party......

Word on the street is that Pro-Vari has shut down.....

Temps back around normal here....Propane supplying the gas logs just ran out....Time to hook up a fresh bullet and hoping that will take me almost to Spring....Neighbor getting new shingles for like 2 weeks now....Crew shows and works a couple of hours and disappears....Knowing the neighbor I know he's pizzed...Got my Husky heavy duty mats in the Taco yesterday....All good vacuumed as well....New law proposed here to make it $100 and court costs if there is a pet between you and the steering wheel....I'll gladly pay that fine up front if the legislature who brought it up will meet me out on the grass....somebody might need the dentist...Got the shop all clean and waiting on a customer to drop off @ 6pm....

I spent my entire day mucking about with translation software.

Finally the company said "oh, yeah, what you are seeing sounds like a known problem, patch is being tested, no idea when it will be released". The software takes a 344 character activation code, forgets that it has been activated whenever a computer is restarted. Unfortunately it is a new code for every activation, based on a unique 60 character ID that the software generates, and one machine that needs the software can't be connected to any network.

D'oh...
