I hope everybody had a great weekend [emoji39]

Kia had yesterday off so we decided to surprise Mrs. Wharf. She got in right as we were having our 1st cup of coffee. Of course Mrs. Wharf was surprised and very happy.

We went and picked a tree [emoji268] and talked to the owner. Last year between the drought and beetles there were very few trees. They were out of trees two weeks before Christmas but this year they were able to get a bunch of great trees this year, they’re good people and we’ve been buying from them for years.

They went to the store to get supplies for Christmas projects for Mrs Wharf's kids and I found that infamous aroma in my mailbox and set it in the garage.... they both came in through the garage and asked if I had just made coffee because it smells so good and I just laughed. So we made a pot of hot coffee with the El Salvador Finca la Providencia!!!
All three of us loved it.... as always, thanks again Mark [emoji1360]

I also had a Pulse 24 in with my coffee. I have the 22 and wanted to play with the dual coil. It has a postless deck and from what I could see, no bottom feeder but no problem. I built 2 24ga SS316L 3mm id at 7 wraps and .28Ω and it's working great !!!
Thanks again again Mark :thumb:

Wharf, does that mean it was soaking the mod you tried it on? If so, sorry about that.

Random question - are you the same wharf rat who responded to a question about a tab s2 case on Amazon? My trusty nexus 7 2013 finally went belly up today (freezes on the startup screen, including on the recovery startup screen - whoops [emoji5]) I decided to get an s2 from best buy - sweet sale right now, plenty good enough for my use.

(4-1/2 years on the nexus 7 is reasonable, it was a workhorse)

Ha ! No Mark... There are a ton of Wharf Rats, Dire Wolfs, Stella Blue, Cosmic Charlie, August West.. ALL part of Grateful Dead songs.

Wharf Rat is about a guy who is a drunk, is ...... at God, get's thrown in jail, finds God again, gets clean and the Girl... I relate to it... especially after I got clean and sober and coming up on 25 yrs.

Good job Wharf! I turned 30 in July, "so dry I fart dust" [emoji5]

The pulse bf is working so nice that I've switched back to the Wasp Nano. The Nano is an absolute top flavor, small chamber, single coil rda. The only negative had been it was easy to over squonk, but the pulse bf I find easy to control, between the soft bottle and large cutout.

I got my Therion 510 squonk bottle, it looks well made and does have the insulator (so no issue if you accidentally fire a mech when refilling). That said I'm sticking with the yftk simply because I'm used to it; even with the large fire button I've already got the muscle memory to not be concerned that I'm going to press the fire button on a refill. (I'm too lazy to bother flipping the off switch open [emoji5])
