Right now as a vitamin I use Spirulina....It's a single cell algae...Harvested/dried/capsulated...No additives or fillers...Spirulina is a dynamic accumulator....chock full of nearly every known mineral...Its cell structure allows it to be readily absorbed by the body...Nearly 100% of the minerals in man made vitamins pass right through the body with little to no absorption....
I back that with unsulphered Black Strap Mollassas.....Sugar Cane roots can reach a depth of 20 feet in search of minerals....Again a dynamic accumulator....Has one mineral the Spirulina lacks but the Spirulina has many minerals the mollassas lacks....Again readily absorbed....
Tumeric needs Black Pepper combined to be absorbed....I got the PLNT brand yesterday....They leave out the A because they leave out the fillers....USA made....Known aide in brain function and prevent brain related diseases...Also used as a replacement for over the counter pain meds....Great for inflammation....
The Serrapeptase has been on the radar for a good long while....So far so good with the sinuses and I did notice one heck of an increase in drainage...head feels pretty clear today with little drainage...Jury still out on that...Read many blogs on use for reduction of scar tissue and arterial plaque....All seemed positive and some backed with medical tests indicating Serrapeptase works...Known indicator proteins are being removed from the body is foamy urine....best tested after a nights sleep....I scored high on that this am....I know I've got scar tissue in my joints and worry about plaque....So far so good and at about the end of this bottle I'll have a clearer indication if this stuff actually works.....Doctor's Best brand
All brands researched.....90% of numeric for instance is full of lead...Pure holistic no lying FDA involvement...Just regular people seeking relief and a better life....My next move is organic watermelon juice....try finding that local....The big boys in the juice game have seen the increase in sales and have began adding some fake sheet to their already fake products but watermelon is proudly displayed on the label...Don't believe me just check your local grocery....Blends with plenty of fake sheet just as they did with the coconut water....I'm 100% pure El Dee and expect the same from my products...

Isn't it sad that we can't trust the people who are supposed to be protecting us? If there's money to be made, you can bet there's money being paid. I'm really glad you do your research, Dee. There have been so many things on the market that have poisoned and made people sick. Supplements are scary territory even tho FDA doesn't police them. I guess most everything in life is a crap shoot.
I'm hooked up with a ton of holistic sites.......I'm always reading something....Today the topic was vitamin D and the immune system....Those with high levels have a 50% less chance of contracting the flu....Spirulina and Molassas has that covered plus Spike and I have a chair we move around the yard to catch whatever warm sun we can this time of year....
Bro in Law is like a kid with his Christmas list....My old buddy Tex from Wilmington, NC sent me a link where he has some deals on surf fishing rod and reels...Tex's Tackle is right around the corner from a 61K mileage 2004 Dodge Ram 3500....Bro in Law requested a surf fishing combo BTW....Tomorrow I'm flying down I40 to check into the truck and rod situation....I worked and fished with Tex back around 1990 in Whiteville, NC...

I don't think we've seen more than a few minutes of sun over the last few days. Off and on snow...not enough to accumulate, just to keep a coating on surfaces. Still cold and blustery.

Praying that the weather cooperates with my schedule. That return flight ticket from Columbia to Hartford for the ex is non refundable. Even if the weather is good in Columbia on Jan 5th, bad weather in New England could make it fubar.

I hear ya Fran! And poor Chase is gonna be sleeping under the covers, he had a grooming appt today. I keep his fur short...I'm lucky to get my own hair brushed every day, much less his if I let it get too long 
Bouncing weather in CNY. A couple days of bitter cold, then today we're near 50. Looks like we'll do more cold, then warm, with Xmas listed as back to cold with snow.
70* or thereabouts here today....Couldn't be happier about that.....Rain coming though and a drop in temps with it....Went too Wilmington yesterday and viewed a Dodge with 64K on the clock....64K I would expect a dang like new truck....I got dents....scratches...worn out tires{6 of them}.....and the most gawd awful dog funk I've ever smelled in a truck.....Dealer sold owner a car and truck left on consignment....Now if it were me I would bolster my chance of selling it and wash the damn thing...He was asking 19,600 and said he would accept 16,500 and I still wasn't a player....Little scrub a dub would do absolute wonders....Greedy has met lazy....I drive margins with a sledgehammer but not greedy....Lazy I am but I somehow summon the will to git it git it....I expect somewhere near the same.....Tex's Tackle Shop was closed which I knew in advance but had to knock that truck off the list....Looks like a trip too Cabela's is on the short list........
We have the same bouncy temps here, but was happy to see a little sun today. Most of what was left of the snow melted in the 50 degree temp, and Chase enjoyed a little yard time.

About tired of looking at trucks....Eyeballing a red with graphite leather Dodge dually now...The red I can live with....the interior looks very nice though....Somewhat of a rarity as it has no hitch in the bed floor...meaning it's probably never towed anything really heavy....With the amount of cash we're talking about I've got high expectations....Lots of people would've probably jumped on a couple I've turned down and trust I've seen some jaws drop when I shoot down the sales pitch....Truth is I can't remember the last car I purchased from a dealer as I always purchase from owners...I will this time as well if one comes through but the one I'm eyeing is at a dealer....Planning on sliding by there tomorrow weather permitting....I gotta be in the area to hit the Cabela's...
