Whee, vape project time. I decided to rework a few mech squonkers, lining up ModMaker 510 connectors, ancillary stuff (wide positive nuts, the right diameter top washers, and one of those MM 510 tightening kits which should make life much simpler), and some copper sheet to make contacts. It looks like the way to go on the contacts is 22 gauge CDA110, 99.9% pure copper, Hard (which means it'll retain shape, be springy).
One of the mods needs an 18mm top washer, not a normal item for a US reseller, but the person in the shop is good, will toss one in on his next order from the UK (I'll be buying both sets of connectors, and the tightening kit, from him).
I looked at alternate contact material, but the copper is best bang for the buck, only downside being needing to clean the contacts with an eraser once in a while (normal mech maintenance). Chasing down a 22 gauge hard copper was fun, but I found a US source.
Between excellent contact conductors and modmaker connectors both mods should be very good performers.

Dee, now that Amazon has knocked their free shipping back down to $25, I order my VG and PG from them. Just search Amazon for Essential Depot.

Never heard of Bull City other than Durham, NC being the Bull City....I went to the website and HellYeah BCF is @ 35 miles up the street....Gonna hit their phone tomorrow and if they got a brick and mortar there will be no further flavor orders....That way I can procrastinate until the last few MLs and hit the store....

Yes and yes, but they are billing out of SC now instead of NC. Next time I need nic, I'll just pick up a prepaid cc to use on their site. Hope BCF will let you drive to them for your flavors
Mark,I finally tried the DNA device. It works very well,nice vape and it is very heavy as you said. I had hubs try it and he really likes it. He has big hands so it's found a new home.Hubs says Thank You.

Otherwise there's the blue tfv8 x-baby beast, but it's 24.5mm, would overhang by a bit over a mm.

My thanks to you. I don't like sitting on good gear that I don't use. If you or DH like something, great, else toss it in your backup pile.
Oh,I wouldn't toss anywhere. My oldest son vapes and seems to like big pv's and tanks.My GD's husband also vapes.
