Hi all, just to clarify my experience with Fluid. I had a problem before more than 2 weeks with a product from them and i wasn't getting any replies on my support tickets i used to send on the I website. Yesterday i sent another ticket and today i received a reply. The difference is that yesterday I addressed the ticket to 'Sales' department instead of 'General ' department. So just to be safe send all your inquiries addressing the 'Sales' department and Rob would take care of you. After talking to him he seems a very nice guy who cares for his customers no questions asked.
