Ya so it turns out I had a substitute mailperson and for whatever reason they chose not to deliver it. My driver said my box was probably full and he didn't want to get his lazy ... out of the truck (his words). I finally had to go to the post office and get it myself which was a 1.5 hour ordeal as they tried to find my package almost all the the Christmas stuff.

It's a bit of a bummer that you have to track packages like a hawk.

I recently called UPS when I noticed that the note I wanted left with UPS hadn't been added by the shipper. Wanted to let them know they can hold the package for pickup since I know I wont be home, and its ORM-D so needs a signature, so figured it would save the driver from having to load and unload. Well, day of delivery comes and I go home and see the (box with $1000 worth of goods) sitting in front of my door. Check tracking, and it says the driver signed for it? All this after contacting the UPS facility and telling them they should keep it at the facility. Bravo guys. This is the latest debacle with package shipping/tracking.

I guess its always crazier during the holidays, too.
