I noticed that most of the convenience stores in my area are selling Camel and Marbrol brand snus. I wounder how long it will be before they have there own e-cigerette and when they do if that is how the FDA will regulate them.
Just to be clear, the April event was the SCOTUS ruling against the FDA's attempts to classify E-cigs as drug delivery devices, which forced them to regulate E-cigs as a tobacco product, but as of right now there are no regulations in place yet.

It will probably take several years of many smokers sticking with vaping. Which I don't think is happening yet. This is why staying with vaping no matter what is more important than abstinence. That is, if we are really trying to save lives here.
