I think this may be due to the new site/system but they used to email a tracking number before they moved.
Yeah - has to be... I remember them saying something about that part being lost or something before because they were writing everything manually for the weekend's shipments... As long as I have my Boba's by this weekend, I will be happy... come on, USPS haha

I got the same error, a problem with the help desk on the website?

Just thought I would let you know here, since doing so in help desk won't help.

Looking forward to getting my order today :).

Looks like the ticketing system is fixed. I successfully re-submitted a ticket this morning that wouldn't go through yesterday.

I am just wondering but is this something we will have to go through monthly cause they moved that was 2 weeks then had health issues i think another 2 weeks then the stock replacement which was 3 or so weeks. I love BB but when ordering a juice is this complicated it makes vaping hard and upsetting. Yeah I know I can go find a new juice but what juice is close to BB??

The website is open right now. And they're running a nice sale. Go order enough boba's to tie you over. When you start to go through half of it, order some more so you don't run out...

This is what is happening. The frame with the checkout button is being cut off. I have tried on 3 different computers, both PC and Mac, with the same results. At this point you have to either use the enter button on the keyboard or drag your window out of size until you see the continue button.

Thank you for the screenie, it helps... a lot. This issue is now fixed, or should be. I'm still waiting on someone to verify that it has corrected the issue for them (since I was unable to recreate the event) but the formatting I've setup for that specific block is to ensure it always displays at 100% screen size.
