Rayon wicks rock,i was a die hard cotton man till now.Change dont come easy with me.
Hahaha, Gotcha! Glad you like it bud!, when you get it right you'll know it, listen / feel for the squeak as you pull it taught thru your coil. I've put 120ml thru the same wicks @0.33ohm in my quasar BTW... Quite a bit longer than any cotton, I just those jappads to polish my XXIX.

Something's amiss with your wick then because I have a .34 build on my Plume and it is producing rather large volumes of vapor.

Rayon is a bit different than cotton in that the juice doesn't seem to saturate the fibers in rayon like it does with cotton. The juice just flows in the nooks and crannies up to the coil. My build works so well that when I flood the well and take a hard draw off of it, I get this sort of "wet" vape. The flavor is very intense and oh so delicious.

Have a look at this video in the floowing post by Jeremy in his rayon thread. Right around the one minute mark is where the "squeak" can be heard. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...avor-saturation-nic-hit-134.html#post13959190

Rayon wick, possible side effects and causes.

http://www.flavourart.co.uk/blog/rayon-wick-possible-side-effects-and-causes.html

Rayon has a number of properties that make it a good candidate for coil wicks: the structure is uniform and tubular which allows easy
passage of liquid along it as the adhesion to the filament walls is stronger than the cohesive forces between the liquid molecules.
Rayon has a high absorbency level coupled with an efficient release level; it suspends liquid very well but does not cling to it excessively.......
