I was chain-vaping the 18mg all the time, and I didn't want to be doing that, so I figured I would try the 24mg. Well, I did try some 24mg this morning, and I was fine at first, but now I have a slight buzz. Before I got that slight buzz, I placed an order with Steve where everything was in 24mg. So, I'm unsure if my body is just adjusting, or if I need to quick get ahold of Steve and ask him to give me everything in 18mg instead.

Give him a call and see if he can lower the nic for you. Either that, or try not to vape so much. During the day 16 is usually good for me. At night when I tend to chain vape, I stick to the 6 or 8. Otherwise I would be flying!!!!! 8-o Probably nice to have the higher at times when you aren't vaping a lot and get a bunch of the lower for times when you want to vape up a storm!

Being "Mom" here - please try not to use words like "buzz" and "flying." ASH and others are just LOOKING for an excuse to ban PVs and making it sound like pot or something looks kinda bad? All we need is kids trying PVs cause they think it'll give them a good buzz. lol Just sayin'

I used the word "buzz" because that's what it feels like. Woozy, etc. My apologies, and I'll definitely be more careful in the future. :) Now I'm embarrassed.

Anyway, I called Steve and spoke to him. He's VERY nice, and he said he'd change the order over to 16 and 18mg. Thanks Steve!!! :D

I could go into pages and pages about these kids and isn't it why the flavors are banned now from cigs???. Suffice to say the parents have a responsibility to take care of their children. I am sick and tired of the govt. getting involved in everything in my life! And the ecig is where I am drawing the line. Words like buzz and flying are not going to change anything about how ASH and others feel about ecigs. They have already decided they want ecigs banned.

hehehe... I ordered 36.

But, the reason I did, is because I want to use the VK while driving and in the car and I usually only have a couple of minutes to vape between stops, so I needed something that will deliver quick. I think it'll be fine.

Plus I am getting ready to place another order. (evil grin) I can get some lesser cartos this time around.

Gazoo, I agree completely. There is nothing that is going to change the minds of the anti everything zealots. Cutting smokers off from ecigs and tobacco is their goal in life and even if I said I was high as a kite from my ecig, which I am not, it wouldn't matter. This is not a morality issue in reality, it is politics and big business pushing an agenda through those organizations, some members of which, I am sure, think they are doing something good. They are meddlers plain and simple. Can you imagine having nothing better to do than to poke your nose in other people's business? I am sick of it too, and I draw the line at esmoking, they will have to put me in jail before I will quit doing it. And I don't care if they read that here, get my ip and come with handcuffs tomorrow, I'll stand by that. Enough is enough.

These are simply the challenges of being a responsible adult and parent. Mommy and Daddy can drink alcohol but Junior can't. This is something that needs to be rationally explained to the child, and then enforced. And even if they put cherry flavoring in my vodka, that doesn't mean that it is now for kids. It isn't and I know that. Why doesn't my government?

That is true, but you have to understand that Kristin is very proactive and has been working very hard to make ecigs appear respectable in the hopes of getting the FDA to accept them. That is where she is coming from and therefore is probably more sensitive to the "buzzwords" that could catch the ears and fire up the anti eciggers. We need articulate people like Kristin fighting for us. I don't think any of us want to be scoring our ecigs on the streets like marijuana. ;)

But hey - bottom line, if that is what I have to do to vape, I will do it!

There are 49 states that haven't banned e-cigs. I want to keep it that way. ASH has already taken down Oregon, is working on California and New Jersey and will be moving to the other states next. All we need is him and PEOPLE LIKE HIM taking quotes from this site to fuel the fire for their casue.

I know what these ladies meant - I know they didn't mean they were actually getting "high." I tried to word my post as gently as possible, because I know it was just a casual conversation. and meant no harm. But this place tends to feel like we're just talking to "family" in private, but it is VERY public. And some kids may read it and not understand that they meant "woozy" and it wasn't a good thing. Anti e-cig people could use that against us.

This site is crawled by google, etc. What happens if someone googles "e-cig bu**" or "ecig h*gh?" Do we really want them to get results that lead them here?

I'm sorry if it seems overly cautious, but I just found this awesome device and I'm literally deathly afraid of losing it.

Prohibition of alcohol didn't work in the '20s, and prohibition of e-cigs won't work either. So instead of speakeasies, we'll have vaping clubs.

Legal or illegal, I will continue to vape. If I go to jail over it, so be it.

JLeigh, sorry this thread went off topic. I agree with the other comments. If it feels like too much, just call Steve and get a lower strength nic or maybe a mix of the 18 and 24mg. When I first got my VK a few days ago, I was vaping wayyyyyy too much with all those new flavors to try, so think I just overdid it. My 24mg is just about right for me now, but I did order some lower ones in my 2nd order.

I know what Kristin is doing and I am appreciative of that. However I am sensitive too...can't you tell...lol. But I am not going to argue. My point is ASH and others that want ecigs banned have already made up their minds, as has the FDA. It doesn't matter if we say ecigs make us high like marijuana. We all know they don't and ASH doesn't care. They are simply in it for the money as is the FDA, BP and BT...that's why they want them banned. Think about all the tax revenue they are losing on account of the ecig. But yet tobacco is legal and it kills, and chantrix is available with a prescription and the warnings out on that are countless. But it is FDA approved...how surprising. Then we can take a look at all the over the counter crap like gum and patches...that don't work. But they are FDA approved. It's all about money. It doesn't matter what words we use to describe some of the odd feelings we may get from vaping. No one cares that wants ecigs banned. They just want to continue collecting taxes on products that kill.

Well kristin, much of this will depend on how Judge Leon rules. If he rules against SE/NJOY, then we are screwed. Hopefully he won't. And if the FDA does decide to regulate ecigs, I guarantee you they will not be as enjoyable as they are now. We might even need a prescription to get them. However its far from over. Let the law suits fly..lol.

Sorry this went off topic too. Although there have been good points made including kristin's..:)
