That You would lock out my thread because I'm an unhappy customer unhappy with what happened due to v4l's incompetence. Rather than taking responsibility for what happened and explaining yourself. And that I wanted to share that with my fellow ECF"ers. I didn't do anything inappropriate or against any rules here... Shame on you mod. It took me longer to type the thread than you allowed it to be posted.

And this will be in the review that I write up in the forum supplier section.

I understand you are probably a bit upset, but I would give them time to make it right or at least come to a compromise. A lot of times, it's an honest mistake or something that can be explained.
I'm just commenting as a repeat customer, because I don't think it had anything to do with greed as the company is more than generous with the samples and free items included in my larger orders. Just give them a call like the employee posted. I'm positive they will make it right.

I am not concerned that they will make it right or not.... I know they will. I've had problems b4 and was fixed up quite right with me.

What I did was to provide criticizm to be used constructively. But it got locked out because it was negative. Making this order right is one thing I'm not worried about. Its the future and If I will be able to get what I need, when I need it. There is where I need to be taken care of and need some assurance that the items I posted will be in stock or not and when or if it will happen... I think this is the question that is burning to all your customers reading this.

I posted this in the comment section of shopping cart when I checked out but was ignored... So I brought it up here.

The reason they lock it is so it doesn't go on and on and on with the person saying the same thing over and over after they have agreed to fix it, and others jumping in saying the same thing over and over that they are going to fix it, chill out. The back and forth often gets heated and is needless because they are most definitely going to fix it for you. It's called not wanting to beat a dead horse. Ok? We understand you are frustrated. You stated your disappointment on the thread and the thread is not deleted, it is still there for others to see. But bottom line, they have offered to fix it - it should be over. Thus, the thread is locked.

I look at it this way....if they lock it after they have responded...especially the way Chad did, it was more so that the post doesn't get lost in a myriad of other posts......op is sure to see it at that point.....

As a side note....I placed an order from another vendor for some DIY and 510 cartos.....the cartos are out of stock....I got my flavs, charged for the cartos, and they will be sending them at their expense when they come in....I have yet to see any post for any ECF approved supplier that has ripped someone off in such a way.....so take a breath and call Chad.....I'm sure it is just some miscommunication....

Who's louder, the proponents or the opponent to thread locking? Thread locking seems strangely similar to communism to me..

Oh for the love of God, be real. The OP was responded to by the company in the original thread. No reason for it to stay open. Communism? Are you kidding me? I'm not a V4L customer but only because I haven't had the opportunity, responses by them to customers always seem to be timely and appropriate, that is what we should all look for in a vendor. Are they perfect? No, but not many companies are, but if they are quick to respond and fix the issue then that should be good enough.

Communism, unbelievable.

I hear it Keyz, hats off to Chad...it's a lazy Sunday yet he jumps on to try and help out and gets slammed. I can't think of another company that would respond on a Sunday within minutes of reporting an issue. I understand testlastick is upset, but after you get a response what else is there to talk about, the post got locked not nuked.

Anyways, ya aren't these 2 a pair? They are best of friends and can be found sleeping together quite often.

I don't understand how it's V4L's fault you filled up your cart with stuff you didn't really want to meet a sale requirement, then point the finger at them because you didn't really want it. If you didn't want it, you shouldn't have ordered it. How would they know to contact you to "find out if you still wanted it"? You placed an order, they fulfilled it to the best of their abilities.

Isn't that funny how that works.....you always see "fight like cats and dogs..".....I have had both my whole life and have never had a problem.....aside from the fact my dogs wanna play and they get kinda rough.....the cats outside end up taking off to the neighbors patio or shed and sit there sticking their tongues out at the dogs cause they can't go.....;)
