My work week is 35 hours and my union constitution advocates a 30 hour work week.

"We hold a reduction of hours for a day's work increases the intelligence and happiness of the laborer, and also increases the demand for labor and the price of a day's work. We advocate the adoption of the Five-Day, Thirty-Hour Work Week and urge all Local Unions to put this into effect as soon as possible."

An intelligent and happy laborer? Unheard of!

That is hilarious!
We can take this subject up another time. I will be expecting answers to if you own or rent. And if you own, did you have the great union build your house or a non union builder. Which, to save face, I am sure you will come back with. I built it myself.

How about Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. It may change your mind about unions.

I don't believe anyone here has read Ayn Rand, I have met people that have read it and they still don't get it.

Thats the problem... there are no dems. and reps. it is just the government against it's people, I laugh at people who actually still think that there are 2 parties...it is just an illusion.

That is why I said Dem and Rep. other wise no one would get the idea that both party's was the government. They would have though I meant one party or the other or who was in power at this time.
