My goal is to be free from all of it. With my lungs the way they are it is stupid to risk a problem with the PG or VG any longer than necessary. Right now PG/VG is better than tobacco and that is my choice right now.....well other than none at all but forget that, not going to happen.
I had planned on getting the e-cig and smoking like I used to, which was basically whenever/wherever/however/for as long as I wanted as much as I wanted..........etc. I loved the idea of being able take a puff on it, hold it while doing other stuff like I used to, without it burning away. I may still try that a few times, just to convince myself that it was a good idea afterall
But I have been reading here all day and I am convinced that I have certain habits and I can either maintain the habits I have or make new ones. I think new ones are going to be counter productive because old habits dictate I go out to smoke, and I enjoyed that, the going out part

I have a beautiful view, nice fresh air and we have a wide variety of birds making their families here this year. Good entertainment

That way I shouldn't smoke anymore than I did before, well, at least I shouldn't go out any more often than normal, and I know I won't stay out there longer, so, problem solved, right?????????
