Last week I ordered a new Titanide Themis from Cloud 9 and received it surprisingly quickly just yesterday. I was disappointed to open it and find the Abalone button had formed a crack so late last night I emailed Cloud 9 and went to bed. I woke up this morning with an email from Keith and after sending him images, I'm sending it back and he is sending another one! Most impressive was with every email sent, it was responded to within minutes. A delightful surprise compared to some vapor vendors who take days to respond.
