So wanting to get some pre made coils with wicks from avid vaper. But they have NR leads and then regular resistant. Maybe a stupid question but not sure which I would need to put in a protank, EVOD etc.... Thinking this is much cheaper than buying new heads and it also gets my feet wet with "rebuilding" them without having to do it all. Also the wicks are long so are they ok to cut when they are already coiled to go in something like a protank? Just was not sure if it would cause dry hits etc? That sounds like an even dumber question....LOL as I would assume cutting the wick would not make a difference on pre coiled wicks BUT I have read in a couple of threads not to cut too short or you get dry hits.
The ones with NR leads give an option as the the thickness of the silica, so if I need NR or if NR leads are better which mm silica should I get.

thanks in advance.
