Good to know. I stocked up about 1.5 years ago but, it is good to know that what was my fave most likely still would be if I were to need any in the next 10 years.

I just hate how opinions can't be expressed without fan boys of certain vendors needing to get snarky because it may not agree with their opinion. It is the reason that I rarely post in the DIY section any more. Really a shame because we used to be a group of folks trying to help rather than convert each other  This was my first post here in months and I knew that it was bound to happen. I am just not good at being a sheeple.

Good luck to the OP
Seriously Blondie. How many nic bases have you actually tried ? I've spent a lot of money searching for a great nic. I'll never forget that time when you sent me a private message. I had bad results with your favorite product. I had mentioned another vendor. You said it made your friend sick. Come to find out it was one of the cleanest nic bases I've ever had. So if you want to parade about people being fan boys. Take a look in the mirror.

Yep. I did make the mistake of sharing info with you via PM 3 years ago of what a person told me about that nic. She is a friend of yours so I am sure that you could speak to her about it. I have since tried that nicotine after being told by a well trusted chemist here on ECF that it was one of the purest and I also found it to my liking.

I am not going to tie up this thread going back and forth with you here in order to help you prove that your opinions on products are the only ones that count.

Have a good day all :)

That's why I stopped recommending recipies, don't review flavorings and keep my opinions pretty generic. What works for me may not work for someone else. If you've read my blogs I always lead off with a "In my opinion" statement.

Just bought a liter of 100mg NIC from RTS and found it to be clear almost odorless and not as harsh as MFS. It has that slight peppery taste that tobacco mixers love and I found it perfect for what I make. It's not nuteral like VT which I found good for my non tobaccos but must say It does not have the throat hit I've come to expect.

MFS is unflavored so no pepper taste. I have tried them all and there is not a lot of difference. Like others have said it is a personal choice. I just bought some from MFS because it was a good deal.

In my own opinion I started with MFS but then they had a very bad run of NIC from a so called new supplier and I found that NIC very harsh and peppery with a very strong solvent type odor. I switched to WL and that became my standard for about a year. In between I tried the VT and found it very flavor nuteral which was a good thing for non-tobacco mixes but lacked in throat hit so I use that for my occasional desert mix. I ordered RTS and found it was the best of both worlds (Good throat hit and less peppery and a good match for my tobacco mixes) so now I use WL and RTS as my main NIC's. I'm not saying any of it is good or bad I'm saying that different manafucatures are good for different mixing uses. VT for deserts and fruits, WL and RTS for tobaccos and at this point it would be unfair for me to comment about MFS as I've not used there NIC in a while and they likely improved over what they used to sell. I may revisit there NIC down the road. NIC is a personal preference all you can do is try it and make up your own mind on what works for you.

I honestly like and mainly use NN. It's is a good tasting nic with no smell at all - only two orders in. I read somewhere that NN is Chinese nic but can't find it now????? Not sure if that's true or not.

I have tried WL and RTS with less pleasure able results. Also the VT stuff was a disappointment to me. I expected something much better then what I received after all the hub bub about it.. Of course YMMV (a lot).

edit: I only mix fruits at the moment.
