Well looky here... Don't worry it's Nuppin'!!!!

Built a dual 28ga. coil first and wasn't digging it. Switched back to my favored single .8 ohm - 26ga. 8 wrap on a 5/64th" mandrel. Build wasn't too difficult and I'm still trying to get the flavor dialed in. It definitely chucks the vapor but I can't get the flavor I'm used to from the Cyclone with AFC... I guess I need to tweak it a bit and get back to trying either a wrapped or another dual. Still waiting on Nuppin' number TWO that got put in the mail today and another REO!!! Lots of playing to do! Build quality is excellent plus it looks great on the REO!

I'm running mine at .55 ohms. Triple twisted 32g, 7/6 coils with 1/16 ID. My god, the flavor and clouds are out of this world! I'd like to get it up to ~.8 for the battery life, but I pretty much exclusively run twisted wire, and haven't been able to get it up much higher without the ramp up time getting out of hand. Maybe I'll get some more ribbon wire and try that again.

I want to say thanks to all you knuckle heads out there recommending 24ga & 26ga.

Just tossed in a single 26ga 8wrap 1/16 .75ohm coil and I really like the flavor and vapor it is chucking out right now. I like it better than my 28ga .9 ohm that I vaped all day.

SxD I am using some KGD just for you.

thanks guys and gals

Wrap a coil, pay attention to which way the coil wraps wind, think of those wraps like threads in a nut. Cut the RxW at and angle so you have a pointy tip. put a small drop of juice on the end to help hold it pointy. Now screw the RxW into the coil like it was a bolt going into a nut.

Depending on how you wrap, left to right or right to left, or whether you start over the mandrel or under can change the wraps from clockwise to counter clockwise. So it's important to make sure you're twisting the wick in the direction that follows the wraps through the coil.

Well that sounds easy enough. Thanks FB. I hold a drill bit with the short end to my right, and start over the top with the excess to my left. Of course I stop over or under depending whether it's a RTA or RDA. I will give it a shot. When I bought this, the person who suggested it to me told me to boil it for an hour. I do not see you guys mentioning anything of the sort. Yes or no?

NO... Do not boil the RxW as that will jack it all up and it will be useless to you. You should mosey over to the RxW thread and do some reading up to familiarize yourself with it. Wouldn't want you to use it wrong from the start and then give up on it. Every complaint I have seen about RxW, after getting to the root of the problem it was "ALWAYS" user error...

I have been using this exact setup for so long my grand is getting jealous. I work everyday all day so this mini works perfect. Pair it with this Nuppin and I'm good to go. This Nuppin has not, and will not, part with this mod. EVER. I spruced it up with a copper sleeve (thanks P!) And this vapetasia copper press fit tip. Oh and threw on the black SL door to make it even nastier! This, in my opinion, is the PERFECT setup. I spun up some 29g TMC's coming in at .8 and running on 4 sets of the new AW 1200's. (FYI: I got heat shrink battery tubing and rewrapped all my AW's so they match my mod) :)
