That's the issue I have. When my cap screws down it's about 40deg off the coil.

FM... was thinking about doing the rustoleum treatment to my whole VV Grand. I got it used and its pretty nicked up. I will have to pm rob to see how hard it would be to remove the electronics from it if you have to bake it.

I will also probably put a few coats of clear coat on it to protect the finish.

If you get the assorted oring package at home depot you can just play with the sizes and put one around the inside base where the threads are and meets the top then another on the bottom outside like the picture above That way you have 2 adjustments. Where the airhole lines up with the coil AND where the airhole lines up while vaping. ( up).

Got my o-rings from Rob and the 1mm works great between cap and base. No leaks and I can get a nice snug fit aligning my coil and airhole.

The 1.5 mm work great in dripwell...no leaks from squonking. It is a bit tight to get the base aligned to 180deg from the angle I my REO...so when I'm at Lowes getting rustoleum hammer finish paint I will try some o-rings around the base instead of dripwell.

I actually found a clear o-ring while digging through the pile of stuff that is my desk and it seems to fit quite nicely with the RM2 and when I screw it in, I can't even see a gap between the RM2 cap and the base.

Good thing too because I think I lost a few. I'm sure they'll reappear eventually.
