Is it normal? What cause this? Does it a threat to the health? Is it possible to change it back to the original condition?

omg engine

Is it normal? What cause this? Does it a threat to the health? And more importantly, how do change it back to the original color/condition?

could be due to excessive heating and had a color change... or it could be deposits being baked on. I would get an Emory board and do a quick "sanding" test on the darker post to see if it comes off... if it does ( and easily) its deposits, if not, then its most likely discoloration to overheating.

and the insulator does look a tad bit deformed due to excessive heat....

yup, that's seriously over-heated.

Did he go and have too much fun with dry burning a few coils until they glowed white?

That's about all that would cause metal to get like this.
yeah your not suppose to dry fire your posts, didnt even know that was possible until i saw that pic, and if that was someone from your store switch please, take caution cause only a mech could glow the post like that with a low build. damn hate some people
