Hello
i have been mass around with the oddy clone for several months, and like you all know its not the best quality in the world
but it make me little expert with this kind of rebuildable. i had with it serious issues of bottom leaking. two main reasons:
1. bad sealing in the botton of the ceramic (with the center pin).
2. the insert part screwed in distorted way to the base part.
i tried to find a solutions for this kind of problems in this forum and around the net..but nothing was helpful.
finaly i found the solution with a little silicone seal.
in the past week i got the terminetor c \ nautilus, and again bad leaking and flooding issues.. i thought when i will have a better quality of oddy the problems will be gone. wrong..
again i found the final solution in the little silicone seal.

i found it on ebay for a price of 0.99$ for 5pc.
its needed to cut a little in the tube part to fit the ceramic. and you get perfect sealer. the genius issue here its when you screws the pin to the ceramic, the silicone expands according to your screwing Tightening (in the annular part)

more tips:
1. always using 3mm of silica
2. you dont have any specious beween Upper Connection Nut and the ceramic.
3. you can use the little o-ring that you took out before and put in below the small o-ring in the bottom of the center pin and then you will have two o-rings there (for shorter contact with positive area)
4. in the first vapes you may have little leaking, in will be pass. just blow air from the botton to clean the air flow. and vape horizontaly. after that everything will be fine.(that happend if you fill the tank too much)
update:
i found another way to avoid leaking by using full liquid tank(without using the silicone seal).
a.you need to have 510 drip o-ring and extra little wide o-ring(like the one in the bottom of the ceramic)
using the original little o-ring in the bottom of the ceramic, on it, puting the 510 drip o-ring, and screws the center pin to the ceramic.
b. doing topic 3# again with the extra little o-ring
c.screws the clear tank and metal tank only!
d.screws the uper cup (without the uper metal ring and the o-ring!)open only two spins in the mouth piece.
e.insert the o-ring into the uper cup. and screw the uper metal ring.

In this method you avoid the situation where the air was imprisoned and compresses the liquid force and creating leaking.
good luck,
david
