its not the mouthpiece sub. Its because it doesnt sit flush to the upper ring. Try to move it right -left and it will come to place
Not sure if I follow what you're saying, Imeo. If I try to move the mouthpiece back and forth it barely budges.
I know sub. But this small movement put mouthpiece straight. You dont have a real problem, dont worry. Let it as it sits everytime on the rebuildable part

Not sure if it's related... but after wiggling the mouthpiece a lot (while the flow control was closed) the Ody flooded... I still need to rebuild it without the wire pinched under the ring, so maybe that helped cause the flooding?
i didnt know that wire was under the big ring. Thst why your mouthpiece didnt sit flush sub.
No reason to wiggle mouthpiece again because as you said you did it a lot of times and I am afraid that you may damage it. When I said that you can wigglwe it I meant 2-3 times only. Anyway, rebuild Ody with wire under the wick touching the metal slot and you will be ok

I wanted you to check the depth of the female threads justin. Its something that you cant do as you told me because you dont have the right tool for this but a pic may help
The mouthpiece from Vasillis has arrived! Although he sent a V1 instead of a longer V2, it is perfectly fine with me.
As promised, here are the side by side pics...
Major difference are the deeper checkering and the thicker raised lip on the cap on the that came from Vasillis. With those differences, I can say that I am 99% sure that the one that broke is not a GG, I leave the 1% for Imeo to confirm. Looking at the mouthpiece from Vasillis, I can say that there is no way an GG mouthpiece can break like the one that did.
This brings closure to my issue and am happily vaping it now as I post this on a twisted 34ga at 1.3ohms.
