Good morning. PT, thank you. I'll look forward to the package. Our summer has hit with a vengeance the past few days too. We were near 100 yesterday. It's supposed to cool down a bit starting today. Thank goodness the service call I've been going to the past three days is inside and temperature controlled. Our AC was running pretty steady at home with the thermostat set at 74. I don't really need it any cooler than that but the wife likes it at 73. I think I might need to have someone come and check the Freon in our unit.

100 degrees is too hot I don't care where ya live! ugh. Mid 70s to mid 80s for the next 7 days here. perfection!

Hitt, I read most anything. Fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, biography's, it's all good for me. My favorite eye-fodder is anything that is based on historical fact. I'm currently reading "Deep Water, Ancient Ships". Non-fiction regarding how archaeologists determine where to find shipwrecks. Lots of detail on trade practices, shipbuilding techniques etc. of the pre-Christian era.

Before this book I read a spy thriller written by the author of "The Exorcist", "Dimiter". Spy/assassin that may be a demon or an angel depending on point of view. Killer read ;-)

    OTD don't do Harlequin!

I'm not that diversified on my reading. Have you ever read " I am Legend"? I read it before the movie came out. It's quite a bit different but I thought it was good. I'm not sure what made me think of that since it was such a long time ago that I read it.

Did you see the movie? I really liked the Dragonlance series of books. I think there are probably fifty or so that are targeted around that series. I've read many of them. I don't know if that's the kind of books you'd like or not.

Another hot one today. Need to cut the yard now!
"I am Legend" was a copy of the "Omega Man" with Charton Heston! Your too young Hitt, surprised OTD did not catch it!

I ended up watching 'Omega man' after seeing 'I am legend'. They're very different takes on the same story , but both were good. I haven't read the book though.
