We stated in the ad that the sale starts at 9:00 am and to respect the time, already had a guy knock on the front door and found a couple loitering in my garage!

Your right OTD, we had to end up opening it around 8:40 as there were at least 15 people milling around!
Most of the furniture, electronics and big stuff are gone.

Rain and high 70's here today. PT I'm not surprised about the people showing up early. When we've had them there are people out before eight. Those garage sale shoppers are serious.

Hitt, a lot of the garage sale shoppers are re-sellers. They load up on cheap stuff and re-sell at a flea market, e-bay, craigslist etc...

I hadn't thought of that PT. maybe that's why some are so dedicated. They have turned it into a business.
