We got some much-needed rain yesterday.

I'm finally vested in my work retirement plans, but i've only been able to save anything outside of that for a few years. I had lots of credit card debt left from returning to graduate school. This summer has gotten pretty expensive, but hopefully in september i'll be able to go back to having extra to put away.

I came into work this morning and there was a puddle on the floor under the air conditioning vent on the ceiling in my shop. There was heavy rain and high winds last night. That's the first time I remember ever getting water in the shop.

The AC in my shop has been acting up all week. I told my boss about it and he suggested that I clean the vents so I did. It made no difference. There's supposed to be a service guy coming to look at it today.

Everyone must be out playing in the sun today. I cleaned the condenser coils on the AC unit and did some yard work.

No sun here. We're expecting 2 inches of rain by tomorrow afternoon. Here we go again. [emoji21]

Hot and sunny here the next few days. My oldest got a callback for the scholarship but texted that she didn't get it. She'll be back tomorrow and then we have to go to college orientation Monday and Tuesday.

Hot and dry here but humidity is down. Got the yard work done, wet for a walk to the Y.
