Hey Eric!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I'm late to this party. (no party cause I also have Colitis.) It's no fun. I've had it for about 10 years now.
The best thing I can suggest is to watch your diet really really (did I say REALLY) close. Ruffage always seems to flare mine up. And I love a BIG chief salad.
If you think you might be willing to try some WTA (which I do daily). I'll recomend that you go to Aroma ejuice. He's a member here and also a supplier.
He has some fantastic flavors. I don't really know what you enjoy in terms of taste, but the 555, GI Joe, Beetle juice, DK Tab, and my all time favorite is the P38. P38 is a menthol but it's a really good menthol.
Prayers and thoughts to you my Brother.

I just got two bottles of eliquid from Aroma today. Pretty good stuff. Vanilla Splash and Tobacco Road. I hope it helps. It comes in 70% vg/30% pg. I'd like to change that around a little, if I can figure out how, but other than that it's good.

I like trying different food chains from across the country. I'm from the Miami area and we didn't have whataburger which is awesome here. I have to add that lota burger to my list. I also want to try in and out burger and big boy burger. I've eaten the frozen white castle but I really want to go to one of those as well.

Sounds like a fun reason to take a cross country trip... to try out all the burgers.
Check out the video on this page... it'll really make you want a Lota Burger. lol Blake's Lotaburger - Menu - Locations - Comments

Lota Burger is good, I get one once in awhile when I'm in Albq. In N Out is great, everything is fresh.

Wow, another one. Maybe we need an IBD/IBS group on ECF :)

Diet is very personal. Yes I had the runs most of my life and I bled occassionally back then too. But I didn't really start scary bleeding until I started needing to add fiber to my diet.
During my good period I was able to eat massive amounts of extremely hot peppers. That's all I can find to blame for the period of treatment that never happened that the colonoscopy found.

About all you can do is figure out what does and doesn't work for you and ignore what does and doesn't work for others.

I don't know the procedure, but I'm sure we could request a group for this.

So glad you are doing better Eric! I also wanted to share that anyone with colitis, IBD etc, do some research on Emu Oil. I have a friend that cured her colitis with emu oil and the findings and studies show it does alot of good for these conditions. (also great for the skin) Just wanted to pass the info along. You can buy gel caps of emu oil, just google it. bnrk

Good morning all. As for the Aroma WTA I have to stay with the aroma line. The Redtail is a VG base and my COPD don't like high VG. Eric if you try the WTA you might consider going a step down in the nic level. Where I usually vape at 18-24 mg with the WTA I can go a step lower and be happy as a lark. All I know is it really does work.

I would prefer the lower vg% myself. I'm thinking about diluting it with pg, and adding some nic to make up for the dilution, but I'll see how I take to the 70% vg first.
