I would prefer the lower vg% myself. I'm thinking about diluting it with pg, and adding some nic to make up for the dilution, but I'll see how I take to the 70% vg first.

I have all mine mixed at 70%PG/30%VG. It seems to work at that ratio.

Good morning all. As for the Aroma WTA I have to stay with the aroma line. The Redtail is a VG base and my COPD don't like high VG. Eric if you try the WTA you might consider going a step down in the nic level. Where I usually vape at 18-24 mg with the WTA I can go a step lower and be happy as a lark. All I know is it really does work.

Works for colitis, or getting off smokes?

What kind of a diet are you following? I haven't tried doing anything special as far as a diet goes. My problem is, I like to eat what I like, but I suppose I should try to be more conscious of what is better for my condition.

I just find that a lot of ruffage kinda flares it up and causes bleeding. Hate to admit it but my personal diet stinks. Braums and TV dinners mostly.

I'm lucky, I don't really have any diet things except drinking Metamucil.
When I had a going problem cheese was my savior. Now that my problem is the opposite I have to watch how much cheese I have.

I couldn't live without my cheese!

Tell me about it. I used meals that were almost all cheese to get through bad times for 49 years.
It was rough telling my roommate to stop putting extra cheese on one of the doctored frozen pizzas for me.
Grilled cheese is another one where the cheese limit is crossed.
A slice on a sandwich is usually OK. American or Swiss can be 2 slices, but for some reason 2 slices of Cheddar is too much. I really like cheddar.

As far as roughage goes, I love lettuce on my sandwiches I eat for lunch, and that's the only lettuce I eat. The only time I get any bleeding is when I try to go less than 30mg's a day on the Prednisone.
