I vape all day long at work. Our office is in an industrial setting. As said above, the Air Force has classified E Cigs as tobacco products, so technically we are supposed to go outside. Everyone says "As long as you make the room smell good, we don't care." My immediate supervisor is still kinda of worried our HMFIC (Head Mother F-er In Charge) is going to say something about it, but so far, haven't had any negative comments. My supervisor actually wanted to try it out so he could see if it would be a good birthday present for his brother. If anything you should offer up the chance to try it out. Seems like once some one gets to experience "vaping", they're less likely to complain about it.

When the brass walks in I hide my PV. Not trying to take chances when the CC comes strolling through lol. I haven't tried it at home station yet, can't wait to see how that goes. McGuire is...McGuire.

My boss has been pretty great. He's a non smoker and always had something to say about how I should try to quit.
The 1st day I brought my pv to work I showed him what it was and he was thrilled that I was quitting smoking, although he was still asking when I'd be quitting vaping. I told him I didn't care if I ever did because it was way better than smoking.
I was still going outside just to get away from my desk, but a week into vaping I injured my knee pretty bad and got stuck on crutches and hardly able to get around the office (I couldn't even sit in the normal chairs because my brace went up so high). After asking if I was going to be ok and able to work, he said, "well its a good thing you switched to those electronic cigarettes because now you don't have to go outside".
He also loaned me a car because I couldn't drive mine (can't move my leg enough to operate the clutch LOL) and told me I could vape in his car too!

Hey just curios as to peeps here that are allowed to vape in their place of work?

My bosses are complete anti smoking and will not allow me to at all. They make me go stand outside.

Anyway hello world :)

My boss actually told me: "Why don't you do it at your desk?" lol... I said I don't want the attention and I like the break away from my computer... I sometimes sneak a couple puffs when I go to the toilets though... lol

...shame on me...I did my first stealth vaping yesterday...I had gone to the Dr office with my wife for her appointment...I took my Riva with me on purpose just to stealth vape...I sat on one side of the office a took a vape...I tried the double inhale, exhale thru nose and...NO CLOUD OF VAPOR...best I could tell, no one even noticed...afterwards, we went to the drugstore for her prescriptions...we were there for around 20min walking around the store and I continued to vape...I thought I had been busted while vaping in the waiting area of the pharma window when the PA system came on asking for XYZ to come to the pharma window ASAP...then I realized they were calling my wife 'cause her prescriptions was ready...ah yes, a heady experience indeed...lolololol...........
