Andrew, I got a groove on 4/12 which was working perfeclty until yesterday. Now, it refuses to turn on. I recharged it per instructions and after that, dead. Never dropped, never abused; so I think electronics problem. How can we solve this? Order CCV-27201 and I email yesterday with ID 3722 Thank you.

Hey Andrew. I sent you a pm. I haven't been on ecf much lately, but my Groove just died on me recently. I've only charged it about 10 times since I received it back in early February. I really didn't use it that much since I have so many other mods in rotation. Any chance we could work something out even though I'm technically just over the 90 day warranty? Pretty bummed out right now......

Got a letter from attorneys representing DMC'S corporation owns Black & Mild trademark telling me to change name or go to court, thinking of changing name to Black-Lights.

Just change it to "Mildly Blackend" and they cant so a darn thing about it ( unless they have that trademarked to). They have some nerve trying to enforce a trademark on a totally different kind of product from yours but unless you have thousands of dollars to fight it ... then its best just to cave in and change it. Sad part is you'd have a decent, but not absolute, chance of winning. In my limited but still useful knowledge of trademarks, they are on shaky ground enforcing this.

Felt like telling the lawyer, she sure would feel like an idiot to get beat in court by someone without a law degree, just bring up the windows vs lindows case Microsoft took lindows to court 13 times lost every time, Microsoft ended up paying them to go away. And that case exact same product,,,an operating system.
