My experience with CCV has been absolutely dreadfull, shipping was a little slow but no biggie, had to ask for the tracking number, not a huge deal, but then i got my package, i ordered a e-power from them, and I paid 60 dollars for it! because it was suppose to come with 30 ml juice and 5 resurectors.... i got a drip tip i guess thats cool, but ONE out of FIVE cartos work, the rest burn, or werent made right and the liquid is crap, flue cured= no flavor and too thick. complete waste of money and time, gave it a chance but there isn't anything drew will do for me so yeah. one of the worst online orders ive ever had the unit works but what a waste of money and since ive ordered ive gotten 8 packs of cigarettes and now i gotta find somewhere else to get new stuff that ACTUALLY WORKS so i gotta keep smoking. DONT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, in an earlier post (in another section of these forums) you said YOU ruined three cartos and took another one apart! And that you don't know what flavor juice you should get! How is this CCV's fault? They sent you exactly what you ordered. It's not their fault if any cartos were not manufactured properly - CCV does not make their cartos. As for the juice, taste is subjective. What you don't like doesn't mean it's bad. It means it's bad for you. No vendor is going to take a bottle of juice back after it's shipped. If you don't like it, try something else. But don't blame the vendor for problems you created. There are lots of youtube videos that show how to properly fill cartos, as well as reviews of many different PV models. Perhaps you should do a bit of research and learn how to properly use your new PV. I'm sure you'll be happier with it if you do.

Me and the ol lady have been using c.c.v. for our cartos since we started vaping 7 1/2 months ago. With in that time we had had MAYBE 5 bad cartos and I'm almost positive user error was the issue ie didn't fill fully and then let one go almost fully dry sitting in my car. Only issues iv EVER had was the back log Andrew had late last year. Andrew is one of the best venders, he goes an extra mile with giving tips and free shipping now as he no longer can supply syringes with his cartos. On a side note it does sound like your new to vaping so I would say to get oh YouTube and look at how to fill a carto. Many ways to do it with out having a syringe BUT the syringe method is the best imo...

Congrats, Justin.

And just a note to Awalrus: This is not Drew's thread. You're dumping on the wrong vendor:facepalm:

I got an order from CCV not long ago. Same as I've come to expect from them. Ordered, got a shipment email the same day, got some high quality cartos. I'm pleased. I'll be back.

Like Donnah, I'm wanting more XXL cartos in. Please.
Thank you.

my computer wont let me quote a post but i thought i ruined them before drew or someone told me to put 60 drops or plus in but they still didnt work. but yeah im not saying its their fault about them being made wrong, i took the one that wasnt machined right apart but i didnt even get a reply when i asked him if there was a policy about that so im just not happy with it is all.

Don't feel slept with, I'm waiting also seems some sorta festival of sorts going on again,,,friggin crazy, they only work less then a 1/2 a year. You could blindfold them with roll of dental-floss.:facepalm:

Also if can ever get a hold dam rep try get mega XL 2.0 ohm in SS also which I really don't see the need as a resurrector out preforms a boge 2.0 just my 2cents

Just wanted to let you know I tried the new Super-Duper Jumbo 3 ml Resurrector today! I loved it! I was concerned that a longer/bigger carto while using the same voltage would draw weaker or have weaker flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great draw and flavor! I definitely think these would be enjoyed by everyone using a 1.7v unit, whether they have used the regular Resurrectors or not. This would be a great item to carry in inventory.

Also, I wanted to throw in my kudos to CCV for the great products and service. I've been using them ever since my first vape about 5 months ago. I know you can get a lemon every now and then - I've had a couple cartos to glow red on me! - but that is the rare blimp like everything in life.

Keep up the great work CCV!

*******TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS******

We are very sorry to inform our loyal and future customers due to the astronomical amount of customers that are either purely trying to take advantage of our generosity or just
have trouble filling cartos we are no longer able to warranty, exchange or give refunds on any and all cartomiser purchases. We are the only vendor who tried doing this for some time now and unfortunately lost at a uphill battle. And after I read in the forums someone posted make sure you tell Andrew you used a syringe to fill it and it still tasted burnt, as he want replace them unless you do, kinda the last straw. Getting to the point of ridiculous how many people claiming 12 outta 15 cartos are bad, all boils down to user error, Don't get me wrong always occasionally have bad one from time to time this 20 to 30 emails a day with people saying all 15 were bad,, Sorry but I have to call B.S. on that. As we DO NOT manufacture the cartomisers we sell we simply can not exchange damaged cartomisers any further. We are very sorry we have to make this step but we now see the reasons why other vendors choose the same method of refunds and exchanges. Please take the time to update and inform yourself on our new refund and exchange policies. Once again we at C.C.V. are very sorry for this action but it is simply much needed and past due for our lively hood.
Thank you for your understanding in this difficult decision.
