We are very sorry to inform our loyal and future customers due to the astronomical amount of customers that are either purely trying to take advantage of our generosity or just
have trouble filling cartos we are no longer able to warranty,exchange or give refunds on any and all cartomiser purchases. We are the only vendor who tried doing this for some time now and unfortunately lost at a uphill battle. And after I read in the forums someone posted make sure you tell Andrew you used a syringe to fill it and it still tasted burnt, as he want replace them unless you do, kinda the last straw. Getting to the point of ridiculous how many people claiming 12 outta 15 cartos are bad, all boils down to user error, Don't get me wrong always occasionally have bad one from time to time this 20 to 30 emails a day with people saying all 15 were bad,, Sorry but I have to call B.S. on that. As we DO NOT manufacture the cartomisers we sell we simply can not exchange damaged cartomisers any further. We are very sorry we have to make this step but we now see the reasons why other vendors choose the same method of refunds and exchanges. Please take the time to update and inform yourself on our new refund and exchange policies. Once again we at C.C.V. are very sorry for this action but it is simply much needed and past due for our lively hood.

Okay by me. :) Never used it anyway. Had some juice that really wrecked some cartos for a while, but that's not on CCV. I don't know that I ever had more than 1 bad Resurrector in the 9+ months I have been buying them, and NO bad DCCs... people will drain you dry, so do what you have to!

WOW! This is so sad... I was careful enough to study the art of carto filling before I got mine.
Even so, I burnt one on accident- too impatient... I drip them now, never a problem with the 30 I went through!
-Oh, I did burn another when I was trying to condom fill- I didn't wait but 5 minutes, hit it, and burnt it =( USER ERROR!
I would never ask Andy to refund me for 2 measly cartos- THAT I BURNT!
(Now if they were threaded wrong/bent/holes wrong sides... etc, I would send them back- He should get credit from the factory... totally different subject)

There are people that will take advantage of you when ever they think they can get away with it. They don't care that most people are honest, if they can get freebies and shouldn't they like to take advantage at the expense of the honest folks. So good move Andrew, for stopping these people. My only other thought is, if all 15 carto's were bad, have them send them back to you so you can test them yourself, then and only then replace them with ones you have tested and let them know that you tested them to make sure they are all OK. This also would stop the people that are just trying to get some free carto's, or that have not tried to learn how to fill or use carto's. If this is the case that they don't know how to use them, they would be disappointed in ANY carto from ANY vendor not just your carto's.

I've been out of town on business, but this disheartens me quite a bit. I've Just gotten back home to now learn that I cannot get replacements for 2 of 3 boxes of a triple pack cannot be POS free warranted is just bogus.

I've been vaping for 2.5 years. I know how to fill a cart. One draw, they burn and die is NOT user error. I'll just go to another vendor.

Thank you for your former service promises that you no longer keep. A better business model might be to stand true to your word, or don't make promises you can't keep.

I do understand your disappointment. You are one of the honest ones and that is why I suggested to Andrew that maybe he could have you send them back and after checking himself send you replacements. They should be looked into and the vendor should replace the bad ones they sold to Andrew, and pay attention to their quality control. I know a lot of vendors only guaranty carto's like if they are DOA. I know I never cut the wrapper on each and every one to check what ohm's they are, or if they are shorted. So I will probably get stuck with some bad ones, and if that happens I will be upset also. Sorry you are having problems with you carto's, I have only used the Resurrector from Andrew but I have not ordered in a while because I bought 15 carto's but Knock on wood I have not had a bad one yet. Maybe Andrew did get a bad batch??? and if so, the supplier should replace them, or we all will quit buying them. Have you taken any apart and tried to figure out whats wrong with them, like maybe the diaper is missing or the filler material is wrapped to loose or ???? It would be interesting to all of us to find out whats going on with these.

You may be an honest guy- but I have some problems with your story- Those are pretty BIG CLAIMS!

So, 10 cartos (of your 15 carto deal) died right after filling them... So you went through how much juice?
I'd me more ...... about the juice loss than anything!
I think most sensible people after 3 FAILED tries, WOULD STOP AND CALL ANDY!!!

I know- you say you were out of town. Too bad they don't have phones where you were, or Internet.
How long were you gone- a month, 6 months- were you deployed in the army?

Just wondering How many orders from Andy have you made before this purchase- and how many were messed up?

If this is your first order, I would expect you to ..... on this forum instead of calling (but you burnt 10 cartos without calling- your statement is taken with a grain of salt.)

If you've had many other orders from Andy, I'd think you'd just call and get it straightened out.
In fact- if this was your say 4th order or higher, I'd even help you out- Andy give him 10 cartos on me, I'll order today- and pay for them myself!
Because obviously, if you were re-ordering it is because you have had good results... Correct?
If I were Andy, I wouldn't want you saying things like "POS Free is just bogus" "stand true to your word..." etc
So I'm sure he'll help you if you are nice and kind and honest!
(This is all in MY Opinion- I do not know Andy other than from the internet and past orders to CCV)

So Redd, if this was your 4th or more order that you had trouble with- (Hell, even if it was your 3rd!) where does Andy need to send these?

Not sure what you ordered, so I picked you some Boges...
Box 1: REG Black (3.0 ohms)
Box 2: REG STAINLESS (3.0 ohms)
Box 3: LR STAINLESS (2.0 ohms)

I mean really people. Blowing out boxes of cartos and wasting all that juice, without calling is just wrong!
You get 2/2 or 3/3 right off the bat, Call him!

Andy- If they bought them when they had a warranty, you should take that into serious consideration!

Yes, there may be a bad batch- or oddity here and there- it is China!
...but not 100% of them!

Don't get me wrong, If you got 2 legitimately defective boxes, I be more then happy to replace them, that post was for the people that continuously claim bad cartos order after order, got few that have ordered 5 or six times claim at least 4 or 5 were bad in every order, If you got bad ones, I'm sure there out there, It's impossible for them not be at the volume these thing are made in, got to be bad bunches from time to time,,, but same person,,, same amount every order,,,the odds of winning the lottery are better then that.

Also as for a POS-FREE site I ordered 3,000 of those XXL resurrectors, They are not on my site til I feel satisfied they are not junk, Have given over 100 of them away so far for feed back so far had 99% positive returns,,, BTW WYLDRICE I'll be sending you a few them to try, I'll throw them away before I knowing sell some piece of ...., again if anyone wants to try these just mention it in the notes at checkout.

C'mon now...these Resurrectors are simply 1.7 Ohm single-coil SmokTek cartos, and are available from many vendors now. CCV offers them at a great deal, and free shipping and a free drip tip or two. If there truly were a bad batch where 3 or 4, or even a whole BOX were bad, it would be happening to more vendors than just CCV. They just happen to be to only one (that I know of) that even offered the warranty and backed it up.

I have no idea how many cartos I've ordered in the past, but being that I'm not a fan of dripping I ONLY use cartos and until recently when I got a ProVari, my go-to carto has been the Resurrector. I'm not a lucky person by habit or nature, so to believe that CCV's cartos are crap and I've just been the lucky one is impossible to believe. I've had ONE 'bad' carto, and that's from me burning it because the super-thick Black n' Mild juice that I put into it hadn't made it all the way down.

I'm with Andrew on this one and call total BS on these complaints of how the MAJORITY of cartos from a box were bad. I have no reason not to believe that CCV gets them from the same place everyone else who sells the Smok 1.7 XL cartos gets theirs, and you don't see forums full of hatemail about them. So my message to you scammers making a big stink about taking your business elsewhere is go for it.

Unhappy customers with valid complaints are always an unfortunate thing, but people trying to get a little extra won't be missed.

"Point and Case" .......Well said Joe, I truly could not have said it any better myself. Going on almost 2 yrs. now vaping,if it's out there I've used it. In all that time I've had "2" cartos that were bad, 1 was my fault, 1 was a defect from the manufacturer. But me personally would never expect a vendor to return defective cartos back to the manufacturer for credit. If all these vendors had to pay their shipping costs twice a month,1 time for inventory,and 1 time for returns on defects we would ALL be paying 3 to 4 times the amount for cartos we are now. Just bite the bullet and don't wait till you've filled up 4-10 cartos before you make a phone call or send an email. "STRICTLY MY OPINION" as a customer also. take care everyone. .............J
