First, I'm not a dude. Second, I can ship it back to the person who purchased it and he can return it to you, if you wish. I have not used it even once because I learned of the issues a few days after the purchase, so needless to say when I received it I was not keen to use it, nor am I now.
You can re-think whatever you want but the fact of the matter is that I bought it off of the classifieds but have not once used it, and the person who bought it from you contacted you with all the relevant order information. I know that he would be happy to oblige if I sent it back to him for him to deal with it, as he has been very helpful throughout the process. Let me know if this is what I need to do, because I'm not going to tolerate being put down or threatened for stating my opinion.
And for your information, Turtle, I contacted CCV and asked them what recourse I had. I expected absolutely nothing.
