Is there a difference in the 18350 bats on bats Paige and the ones in the discount Paige I bought 3 sets from bats Paige not knowing that they are on discontinued Paige for even less .O well i thought that was a good price to begin with i thought it was the sale price lol

Performance wise there is no difference, both are top notch performers, the main reason for getting these was for the VMAX'S turns out 35.25mm is max size that will fit the vmax's, this batch of battery's are from 34.9mm to 36.4mm range. instead of shipping them back across the ocean all the ones greater then 35.5mm are discounted heavily, THE ONES YOU BOUGHT ARE IN THE 35.25MM - 35.5MM Range all other mods like mini tubes that use 18350 should be fine, Our efest 18350 will be here Wednesday then all 18350 will be the efest IMR 800mAh 18350 which is 1 hell of a battery, in same league as an AW 18350 for less money. Also my Panasonic CGR18650CH AND NCR18650A will be here in same order. But those are going on my new battery site Top Shelf batteries.

Do the ones on sale have a small button like the AW 18350's? How about the efest? I need the button like the AW has for one of my VV that a flat top won't make contact.

Yes there are identical to button top AW just a fraction of mm above 35.5mm, same as pictured, so any other mods but vmax should be more then satisfied with there performance, just when stacked tad to tight a fit in vmax to suite me.

efest.jpg is one hot battery, right up there in same league as the AW 18350 700mAh,,,efest is an 800mAh battery

I've got a few pair of those batteries and to be honest if I put them next to an AW 18350 and turned them around where you couldn't see the label you WOULD NOT be able to tell them apart in ANY way. I grab them all the time thinking I grabbed my AW pair. And yes the button is the EXACT same as the AW. Now the Efest are flat top but DO NOT need spacers or earth magnets to make contact in a stacked application from what I understand and have been told by a friend who has and uses them, I should hopefully have a couple pairs soon to see for myself 1st hand. Hope this helps, take care everyone. .............J

Yeah, its one of those things... kit bats can sometimes die early, just cause they're not always the best batteries. So i just replace them when they die with things that are rated much better, and then they last quite a bit longer. I'm not a huge batt knowledge person at all, I just had a BIG scare with an 18500 heating to the point where I couldn't touch it with my bare hands on a basic trustfire charger, so I sought out some opinions of modders I trust about batteries and chargers, and then watched a SLEW of youtube batt reviews, and checked a few serious 'hobbyist' sites like candlepower for reviews. The general consensus, from what I can tell, is most people don't know why those Panny 18650 CGRs last so much longer than another fab battery, the AW IMR 18650, because the specs are very very similar. But for some reason, they seem to in loads of independent testing, especially on a high drain device like the VV tube or whatever your vendor is calling it. I've never heard a negative review of the battery, and I've watched and read a ton, so I'd say you'll be very happy with em. And for everything non 18650, AW IMR seems to be the big fave. I thiiink ccv has both of them, but haven't checked to be certain. I'll tell you... if he has the Panny 18650, grab em now, cause those batts are proving hard for any vendor to keep in stock... very few carry them, and they tend to sell out soon, and leave people moaning that they didn't buy in time. Happened to me with like 2 vendors now, so I'm thrilled to bits Andrew has them on site. lol

Oh and another thing just to be aware of... I'm not 100% sure that the ccv tubes are the same size as other tubes, but I know with some batteries, the 2000mah is about the biggest flattop IMR you can cram in the 'lavatube' batt tube, but because they start out smaller by nature, the Panny 2200mah fits just fine. So you wouldn't want to try to get a generic IMR in 2200mah in the lavatube, just won't fit, cap won't screw on. But the panny does, for sure.

Greetings! I have been trying to find out something about AW IMR's but could never get a full answer. I'm actually now looking at the Panasonics but have the same question.... My 2600mah AW IC's last me through the day and drop from 4.2 by about 3.8- 3.9 by the end of the day (12 to 16 hrs). Should I expect a panasonic to still be putting out 4.1 to 4.2 by day's end? I hate voltage drop and almost got IMR's but no one could tell me if they would last all day.
I usually use 1.7 ohm cartos on an all mechanical mod... Thanks everyone.

From everything I've read, there is literally no 18650 batt that lasts as long, chargewise, as those pannys. But I'd look up a few reviews on youtube, they'll have all the charts and everything. But they seem to be outlasting everything by a significant margin, from all the info I've seen. They are 2200mah, so there's a definite difference, but I've seen some stuff with them stacked up against much higher mah batteries and lasting longer. I'm SO not an expert, so I can't give you specifics, but there's charts about them all over ECF and youtube.
