With my 6th steak seasoning mix... I'm getting what I think is pretty close to what I am after but I still need to get some preseasoned pork ribeye's and they didn't have any the last time I was as the store. I'm also thinking of trying a switch... using onion flakes where I'm using onion powder now. I'm also considering adding some citric acid which some of the recipe's I've seen also include...
