I believe the SCOTUS decision handed down today will have a large impact on the vape industry. I would guess that the majority of vendors we use are online only. Which means that they will now have to deal with the logistics and confusions of collecting a sales tax for their customer's home state. There does exist software to help with this, but that is an added expense too. I'm not sure what the final effect of this will be, but I'm afraid it's not going to be very positive...

Obviously the States have to have some way to fund the various things they need... Although I feel using an income tax method may be the least complicated method and quit relying on sales tax measures. Of course that then complicates how the cities get their funding which may lead to an inequality in the distribution of the funds through the various counties and cities... It's a complicated issue no matter how it ends up being addressed.

Any you folk use the Imren 40A 3200 batt?

Time for me to replenish all my batts and these look good, a bit costlier tho...

First some personal opinion.. I never think that a battery that is being marketed using their max pulse amperage ( ie 40a in this case ) is being honest with anyone. They should market it at their continuous rating ( 17a ) if they are going to honest about what the battery is capable of. I've always avoided purchasing products that use such misleading marketing. Same with speakers, I avoid those marketed using PMPO ratings, give me continuous RMS any day of the week.

Here is a thread about the test results on that battery...

Imren Green 40A 3200mAh 18650 Bench Test Results...just 17A, the purple Imren 3000mAh rewrapped!

You know, I remember you posting about the Hohm Life's about a year ago, and made note of it, but I didn't need any new ones just then, so evidently I forgot about them:facepalm:.

Have to look into them again, most likely will go with them. Thanks!
