My Niece was proposed to by her boyfriend of 4 years last night... she accepted . I don't think they've set a specific date other than in about a year ( give or take ). I'm guessing that my sister ( her Mother ) and my other niece ( her sister ) will have a say in helping figure out when it's all to take place.
