So, just getting a chance to circle back here, is it reasonable to conclude that the venerable Mr. Gormly has split this thread? I hope he's just on vacation, or something good, because that would be unfortunate (for the thread-dwellers). He was always the breath-of-life, from what I can recall.

Thanks for the birthday wishes,
I closed on a new house yesterday
It's a bit bigger so we have some room to move around now not so much a shoebox anymore
Now I have to sell this one to pay for it!
Today I had someone come over to quote me on some new carpet for the new house. OMG I had no idea carpet was so expensive, I think I am going to watch some youtube Videos and do it myself. The previous owners were not very nice to the carpets and floors. So much to do!
DPLongo22: still here, just do not get around much, sorry I know I should be here a ton more. I need to start making it a priority
