Weather says 14 overnight and 25 tomorrow with chance of less than an inch of snow. Of course the weather hasn't been right much lately.

I'll be working on my truck today. It broke the timing belt.
I used to actually like working on vehicles but the older I get the less joy I find in it. But I'm too cheap to pay someone else to do it.

my hubby's an engineer but not a prof mechanic. this weekend's project has been trying to minimize the swearing while removing headers and air compressor from a 67 chevelle to replace the starter. i am bit of a gearhead too so love to help and learn, but the lack of space and patience have been a bit too exciting for my blood!
Happy Sunday every one. Ahhh, the joys of auto repair, I know that all to well. In the back of my mind, att not placing me back @ work. I am thinking of pulling my tools out of storage to make a living again. But i am 46 years young, not sure i want to do that to my body and hands again. Besides my vocabulary has cleaned up considerably.
