Got some new add-on filters for my photo editing software that give me more precise sharpening and contrast editing than what I had before and the outputs are defined for the output type... like for the screen, a printer using certain papers or sending to a lab for printing etc...

Here is last night's Moon shot with settings enhanced for the screen making the shot even sharper and optimized for screen display at about 1500x1000 ... the only downside is if you zoom in, the sharpening becomes more apparent.

I miss having good jerky... it's just a pain to eat with dentures...

Have you tried cutting it into small pieces with scissors ?

That's what I used to cut the big ones into strips kitchen shears

Not a bad idea to get it down to bite size... but chewing it to swallow would still be a chore to an extent
